After having a misfortune with my windshield repair at a Boyd Autobody Kiosk, I brought my vehicle into Boyd on 120 King Edwards. The GM David B. corrected the situation and replaced my windshield with no charge. David was very helpful, respectful and professional while assisting me.

I worked a 12 hour night shift and walked to my car to find it was broken into. Along with the car damage my purse and wallet was also stolen. Needless to say I was not having a good morning! I went to Boyd on Henderson and was greeted by Teresa S., customer service representative, who was very understanding and supportive. She made me feel heard and walked me through what I needed to do. She was empathic and exactly the kind of person I needed at that time. Another gentleman named Michael helped me and was also very nice. I have not had the autobody or glass work at this time but I wanted to applaud the customer service.Thank you!

The plan was to leave on vacation in the morning. But thanks to an active grandchild, the mirror was knocked off the windshield of our 25 year old VW camper van several days ago. I just happened to be cycling by Boyd Autobody and Glass on Pembina and decided to check them out. As I entered, a staff member immediately asked how he could help. I stated my problem, and was instructed to bring in the vehicle. Within a few minutes I was back at Boyd's with the vehicle, and the young lady at the front desk asked for the keys. She hopped in the van, drove it into a bay, and it was being attended to within minutes. No waiting, whatsoever! It then dawned on me that I should ask for a ball park figure of the cost of repairs. To be honest, I was taken aback, but not in the way I had expected. "No charge', Jeremy said. "Just give us a few ... minutes." This was all less than an hour ago, and the vehicle is now sitting on the driveway, being prepped for tomorrow's departure, rearview mirror in place. I walked in on a Friday after lunch. The rearview mirror came off of my windshield, and I was heading out on the highway to the lake. There was no way I would have been able to go if this wasn't taken care of! All the staff at this location were AMAZING!! They didn't even bat an eye!! The staff in the front end immediately went to get the right person to do the job, and do it right away! I was in and out within 10 minutes! 10 MINUTES!!! Then, to impress me even more, when I asked how much this amazing service was going to cost me, they said that it was no problem, and to have a great weekend!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I am so glad that I stopped in here!! I will definitely be bringing any windshield or autobody repairs to this fantastic group of people!! From this small gesture, you've got a customer for life!! Thank you!

My Mazda 5 was vandalized yesterday the day before I was to leave for SK to visit my ill elderly mother. When I phoned, Michael listened carefully and assured me that if I could get there before 1100 the job could be done today. I made a couple of more phone calls and then made my way to Boyd as you were the only ones who could do the job today. Both Adam and Michael were understanding and facilitated getting the Mazda fixed today by immediately ordering the window. I was treated with respect and empathy which made the stressful situation much easier. When I came to pick up the car, Michael made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I want to say a big THANK YOU to Michael, Adam and the autobody professionals in the back work area who worked hard on my Mazda today. You folks really do make a bad situation much better. I would like to tell you that I had the best service I have ever had on June 28, 2017 at your Dudley St. office. My CRV rear window was smashed which I discovered on the am of my daughter 's Gr12 convocation. The men were so nice, so helpful, solved all the problems, gave me a courtesy car and had the work done by the end of the day. They were both amazing. I can't thank them enough for helping me.
