Cherryl H. was friendly and informative from the first moment i spoke to her over the phone to address my auto-body repair needs. She was incredibly accommodating and made sure that my overall experience was seamless and easy. As an individual who has worked in public relations and customer service for over thirty years, I must say that Cherryl's professionalism was superb, making my overall experience with Boyd Autobody & Glass at 15 Marion Street in Winnipeg, second to none in term of customer satisfaction. I was visiting Winnipeg when a very strong gust of wind almost flipped my driver side door out of hinges. That caused the bent in the car's door frame. It would not close properly. Ouch! Well, the good specialists at Boyd's saved the day. They not only fixed the problem quickly, they did not charge a penny! Thank you assistent manager Jeremy and manager Sam for your kind help from a west coast traveler Arek??

When it comes to customer service we discovered a jem in Brandon at Boyd Auto Body. Breanne and Bev are incredible we were kept up to date on all aspects of our vehicle repair and rental vehicle. We have never been treated with such professionalism for a long time. And the work on the vehicle was first class. We would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repair.

Customer service is second to none. From office staff to the collision department I was kept informed on a daily basis with the status of the repair. They worked with me at a very reasonable cost to repair some additional work that I requested. At the end of the day, the MPI repair actually came in less than the MPI quote! Way yo go, Boyd!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service I received from Miguel on Thursday Feb 15, 2018 was probably some of the best service I have ever received. I brought my car there after an extremely awful experience at Canadian Tire and he treated me with such compassion and respect, I was completely blown away. He fixed the mess they made and charged me a fraction of what they were going to charge me to fix my window. He was honest with me and didn't try to take advantage of me like Canadian Tire tried to. This will be a story that I will tell anyone that will listen. Thank you again Miguel. I wish all mechanics were just like you.

So great! A slight mix up with a courtesy car, but you fast tracked the work on my vehicle, drove me home and my car was ready at the end of the day. Super friendly staff! AND they cleaned the inside of my vehicle...where my kids had left a dirty slushy winter boot mess!

Boyd was courteous and friendly. Jeremy was helpful over the phone and was quick to obtain parts information for my vehicle. He later assisted me with a vehicle issue just before closing without an appointment. He went above and beyond the call. Have not been to Boyd but will be back.

My rear view mirror came off because I accidentally bumped it, and I was really unhappy about it. I brought it to BOYD and they fixed it for me in under 10 minutes. Absolute amazing and fast service, and really nice people! Thanks so much for your quick solution, and making my day better! :)

We recently had our vehicle in for windshield repair. The front end staff and manager (Miguel) were fantastic. I can't believe how quickly the got our vehicle in for repair (next day after we called) and that they had a courtesy car. The workmanship was great too. Very thorough and they went above and beyond to explain everything. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great experience at the Regent location. I had a windshield replaced turned out great. Details were provided on how the windshield was installed and how parts sourrounding the windshield were adjusted to have a better fit. Miguel was great at explaining the life time warranty on the glass and accommodated all of my requirements which really helped with my busy schedule. For any glass needs I will come back and recommend it to all of my family and friends

Sliding door on van wouldn't close completely due to ice in the track. Shop defrosted the vehicle indoors, and didn't charge us for it.

This was my first visit to Boyd Autobody, and I was impressed with the service. They were hospital and put my mind at eased after having my vehicle vandalized. I will recommend you to family and friends. If I should ever require glass or autobody service (hopefully not) again I will be sure to take my car to Boyd Autobody again. Thank you so much for your quick and efficient service, as well as providing a courtesy car. p.s. thanks so much for washing my car.
