"My Son's car was involved in an accident, 1 day before he was leaving for 7 weeks. To help him out I (living in Ontario) called around to several body shops in the Langford area to get someone to go look at his car and provide me with an estimate. Chris at Boyd on Sooke Road in Langford went that day, gave me an estimate that was extremely lower than the other shops. I was putting my blind faith in a company and person I have never met. Chris went above and beyond what I ever expected from a Body shop. He and Wendy and the rest of the staff have kept me up to date, stayed within the estimated price and the car looks absolutely amazing! I "highly" recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass to anyone in the Victoria area looking for car repairs. Kudo's to all at Boyds, You are all AMAZING!!"

I was grateful that when I went in to have my windshield replaced I was given a loaner vehicle so that I would not have to cancel an appointment. I was even more grateful when I went back to pick up my car and realized that I had forgotten to tell them not to throw out the DND parking sticker but they had not. They not only removed the sticker from the old windshield but placed it securely on the new one which saved me having to have it replaced.

Very good customer service, fast and professional. They did a good job on the repairs and the exterior of the car looked shinny and new when they were done. Didn't like the ride and feel of the courtesy cars (Toyota Corolla) and found the interiors dirty. I wish we had a choice of different cars. Overall this is my second time at Boyd and it has been a good experience each time.

Amazing service. I have brought my car here a few times now and recommend them to everyone! The only negative thing I have to say about this last time was that when they detailed the inside they didn't do a good job on the windshield and I had to re wash it (streaks everywhere). But they gave me a discount on some extra work that I wanted done and always have a car for me to use. THANK YOU BOYD!

I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the service provided. After reporting the collision to my insurance company I told them which shop i would like to take my ca to - i received a call from Boyd Autobody within 30 mins to set up an appointment with me - which was awesome. I dropped my car off after work on a Monday - they waited for me as i got there very close to closing - and took the time to go over everything with me. I got regular updates on the status of my car and the following Friday I had my car back. Wendy @ Boyd also took the time to look up the number for Aviva insurance as I had some questions about my policy and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through what to find out for future reference. This was my third occasion to use this auto body shop and just like the two other occasions, I can only give the staff there maximum marks in every category of consumer service and satisfaction. They are very friendly and helpful and make the entire exercise of having your vehicle repaired as painless as possible. And to top it all off, their work is simply first class. In sum, Boyd Auitobody & Glass on Sooke Road, is a class act of very competent and consumer sensitive employees.

I have dealt with your shop twice now this year. Once for a large repair after hitting a deer on my way to work, and a second time for a more minor cosmetic repair. I am very happy with the service I received, both from Wendy Sanderson at the front desk who made a stressful situation much easier to deal with - and also the excellent work done by the people in the shop. I only know one of their names, Chris, but they all seemed genuinely interested in making things right for me. I am impressed. Thank you.

Excellent customer service right from the minute I walked in the door until the time I picked up my vehicle, and it was finished one day earlier than expected. All the staff were great, but Wendy Anderson was absolutely fantastic, and made the whole experience totally stress free. "To those in charge I unfortunately had the need to visit this particular Boyd location twice recently. Normally such visits are not pleasant experiences and usually are hell on one's pocketbook. Not so with this location. Wendy and the two Chris' did everything in their power to ensure that I was given an exact, fair quote, provided with a "loaner"-which was ready to go when I arrived- and all delivered with empathy and smiles on their faces. Little things like the required paperwork being on the counter ready for signature when you arrive exhibit their detailed attention to service! If there is a better Boyd shop in the country I would be startled. I am writing to tell you how pleased we were with our experience at the Boyd Autobody & Glass outlet in Langford BC (just outside of Victoria) in April. I had purchased a beautiful Mother of Pearl pendant in Tofino. My husband and I were sitting in our rental car on the way home and I held it up to show him how sparkly it was. It slipped out of my fingers and we heard it clunk on the console. No problem, we thought - the doors are closed so it has to be here. Well, it was a problem. We searched and poked around and moved the seat up, back, and forward. No luck. On our way back to Victoria from Sooke a few days later, I was still brooding about my loss. Who would be able to find it? I suggested an autobody shop, but my husband thought it would cost more than the pendant. We passed a Boyd Autobody shop and I convinced him to give it a ... try. We drove back and were greeted by the most friendly, helpful staff you could imagine. Within moments, the front seat of our car was unattached and flipped out of the way. There was the pendant, nestled in a small depression within a larger groove below the carpeted surface. I was so excited to see it again. Imagine our surprise when they refused to charge us for this service. So this is a BIG thank-you to your helpful staff - Jeremy, Wendy and Chris at the Langford location.
