It was Christmas eve afternoon, and I was running around getting last minute things done. I was driving my nearly new Fiat 500 which I take great pride in. Upon backing out of a parking stall, my car was too close to a bright yellow concrete pylon, and suffered severe scratching, minor denting, and a good lot of damage. I was having a particularly bad day to begin with, so this accident was the straw that broke the camels back. I happened to be in Langford at the time of the incident, so drove the car to Boyd Autobody at 2663 Sooke Rd. I was greeted by Wendy who truly went over & above her call of duty. I was emotional and in tears, and Wendy's assurance, and comforting measures calmed me down shortly after entering the shop. Wendy handed me keys to a loaner vehicle for the duration my car was in for servicing. By the time I left ... Boyd, I was happy, calm, and felt stress free. It is with no doubt that I owe this positive experience to the kind, professional, and personal service Wendy offered. I had only had my brand new 2013 Toyota for 3 weeks when someone hit it in a grocery store parking lot and didn't leave their information. Needless to say I was beyond disappointed and frustrated to be paying my deductible before I had even made my first monthly loan payment. After talking to Wendy at Boyd on Sooke Road, I had calmed down quite a bit as she reassured me that they would be able to fix the scratches and dents as soon as possible. I have nothing but positive feedback for Boyd Autobody on Sooke Road. They were professional, efficient, friendly and kept me feeling confident that they were going to restore my brand new car back to it's original state. Having a courtesy car to help me get around during the repair added peace of mind to the entire experience. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone and everyone!

I dropped my vehicle off for glass repair, when I picked it back up after work not only did my windshield look spectacular but they detailed my car - inside & out! They really went above and beyond!! I will highly recommend! The staff was also very courteous and professional. Thanks Boyd's!

This feedback is in regard to Wendy & Chris at the Sooke Rd location. I had just hung up the phone with my insurance company telling me that they were going to let Boyd's know that I was going to be booking an auto body repair appointment. About three minutes later, Wendy from Boyd's contacted me by phone to provide information regarding next steps and the appointment. She was friendly, accommodating and very informative. I've never had to use Boyd's for anything before, so it was quite the first impression. My second encounter with Boyd's was with Chris when I dropped my car off for its appointment. I was on a work break and when I arrived, Chris was friendly, prompt and got me a lender car quickly. The hand over was easy and I was able to do it without taking any extra time from work. Then I was impressed with the constant follow ... up. When there was something delaying my car from being completed, I received a phone call and explanation which was nice because it did not leave me wondering. Finally, when I picked my car up, both Wendy and Chris were there and again friendly. My car was returned, the work on it looked great and my car was cleaned. I was given fabulous service. The car looks fantastic and I know that because I was paying cash, Chris worked hard to find me some good quality used parts. 1) estimate: quick and efficient, took place on a Saturday - and it was free! 2) scheduling work: easily scheduled, efficient, completed easily over the phone 3) work -- drop-off & pick-up -- TOO easy ! The convenience of a car -- a presentable car -- REALLY helped immensely. I haven't had a lot of bodywork done over the years, but this was far and away the BEST experience I've ever had with this type of thing. I will DEFINITELY recommend Boyd to others, and definitely look to return when I have other bodywork/glasswork troubles. Refreshing -- I am so used to places that list reasons why something CAN'T be done, and I didn't get that here -- excellent work.
