I have used Boyd more than once and every time they have gone out of their way to make sure I have a van as a courtesy vehicle, which makes a very big difference to me. They are absolutely wonderful people that work there and I highly recommend them.”

I just wanted to let you know about the great service I received during my recent claim. I hit a deer with my 2005 VW Passat - thankfully my car was still driveable and no one was hurt. I took my car in on Monday, March 5th and was looked after by Wendy. She was a great help in getting everything going for me and provided me with a loaner car. I expected to be without my car for weeks. Imagine my surprise when I got a call on Friday afternoon (March 9th), that my car was ready to be picked up. I was so pleased to have my Passat in time for the weekend and in a much cleaner state than when it had arrived! Thanks for the great service!

I brought my vehicle in to Boyd today for minor repair after a hit and run. You came highly recomended and I must say that I was not dissapointed. You gave me a replacement car for a week and when I returned to pick up my car it was like new. The staff was very kind and they went out of their way to help me. I was also very impressed at how well you kept me informed throughout the week and at your professionalism. I will definatly recomend you in the future. Thank you again.

the service here was excellent from the repair work done,to the cleanliness of the interior at pick up time and the front desk service. Both wendy and jamie were very friendly and efficient (at the front desk). Also wendy went the extra mile with regards to my insurance claim.which I appreciated. The Team at Boyd was utmost professional, friendly, and very accommodating. My truck was damaged in an animal collision, and after spending 2 weeks on the repair work, I was very happy with the result, and the overall experience with Kris and Wendy. I would recommend this location to anyone who may require their services.

GREAT CREW!!!!! >From the moment I took our vehicle in for the estimate to the moment we got it back fully repaired, the team were informative and professional and explained fully each step in the process. They took care of the rental car details and had the van back to us on time and fully cleaned. Great work from the Front End Manager to the Estimators and everyone else involved in the process. Will recommend Boyd in a heart beat !!!!

Just want to say that I had absolutely fantastic service right from the first call to the final pick up. Wendy at the desk was very informative and set clear expectations around service times and work to be completed. The job was completed well and one day early! My car was washed and vacummed and looked like new. Thank you very much....would recommend to anyone! This is my third time there and would not go elsewhere.

I would like to commend your company on the extremely superior level of service provided by your shop located at 2663 Sooke Road in Langford, B.C. We have had several dealings with the shop over the last few years, and the staff always goes well above and beyond their duties to their customers. In our first couple dealings, we had glass replacement work done and were so relieved to have the instant service provided. We were offered use of a courtesy car, which was thoughtful and appreciated, but not necessary for us at the time. In this latest incident, our daughter’s car needed some repair work after an accident, which occurred a few weeks prior to her moving out of province to attend school. We had to wait for ICBC, the insurance company to approve the work being done first and since the wai t was lengthy, she was already moved and her ... insurance on the vehicle expired before they approved the work. We were in a panic thinking the repair work would have to wait till spring when she was back from school and the car insured again. No problem for Boyd’s. Between Wendy at the service desk making arrangements for us, keeping us up-to-date with phone calls and Chris who personally came out with a repair plate to pick up the car, looked after the repair work and brought the vehicle back home for us, we were pretty impressed with the service. We then decided to have some additional cosmetic paint work done while our daughter was still away and again the staff came and picked up the car and looked after everything for us. We also had a leak in it which we were unable to find the cause of and asked them to see if that could be fixed at the same time. The staff was diligent in every effort to locate and fix what turned out to be several leaks throughout the car. We left it at the shop indefinitely as our daughter was in no need of the vehicle at the time. They were very thorough and meticulous in the work that was done, and still had the car ready for her when she arrived home recently for Christmas break. She was pretty excited to see how great her car looked. It was absolutely immaculate inside and out. The amount of work done was quite a bit more than originally anticipated, and that was no problem for the shop. No complaints, no extra fees. We had stopped in to check on it one day while in another daughter’s car that had chips in the windshield from a rock. When we asked about making an appointment for repairing her car, Chris simply took it in and fixed it while we waited. We just can’t say enough about the service or of the friendly staff and judging by the number of letters and cards of thanks on their bulletin board, we are not the only customers who have been treated with that level of courtesy, care and respect. We also see f rom the cards that there is a great amount of community involvement and support for local kids, just another important attribute to such a great business and such a dedicated team.
