Once again I needed work done and once again the service was great. My vehicle was taken in on time, ready on time, work done was great, and was less than the quote and everyone I dealt with was friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends as both my experiences were great.

I would just like to say the service and attention we received from this location was unbelievable. We dealt with Kris on our initial visit and he was so accommodating and helpful and immediately was able to help us. When I called to check on our vehicle the staff was so nice and friendly and their customer service skills were fabulous. I know it is always scarey when you go somewhere to have your vehicle worked on but they went above and beyond and I will highly recommend this shop to everyone I know! Not only were they wonderful to deal with but the work done on our van was amazing. You cannot tell where the big dents were at all! I like having to go to the auto body shop about as much as I like going to the dentist. Not that much!! Having said that I have nothing but good things to say about Boyd Autobody on Sooke Rd. in Victoria. My vehicle while only sustaining minor damage, was fixed in a timely and efficient manner. Kris and Wendy were great to deal with, although I hope to never see them again!!!

Kris K. and his team did an excellent job in getting the repair work done on my son's car efficiently and on a very timely basis. We got an estimate from another local auto-body shop, then went to Kris on an associate's recommendation. Kris was able to get the repair work completed for 35% less, not by sacrificing quality but by being fair and practical in his approach. He gets my strongest recommendation.

Awesome job! My car looks better than new! Kris and Wendy were wonderful to deal with, and the job was done perfectly in a really reasonable amount of time. Super impressed, it helps a lot to have such nice people to deal with while handling a less than pleasant situation like car repairs. The car is fixed, gorgeous and totally detailed too! I will recommend Boyd to anyone and everyone that will listen. Again - superb job. Very happy! Thanks!!

Great, friendly service. Actually went in a few days before, to get the windshield moulding that a car wash had "removed" with too much pressure, and was pleasantly surprised to get the "no charge" treatment! A day later a truck tire spat out a rock, and cracked my windshield, so back I went. The detailing done was almost worth the $200.00 deductible. A nice surprise to get such good service in this day and age! I would not hesitate to recommend this Boyds to any friend or family member. Kudos to Chris,Wendy and the whole gang. They even laughed at my bad jokes!

I originally went to Boyd's Autyobody by picking the name from a list supplied by my insurance provider. The second incident happened and I didn't have to think twice. Wendy and Kris have both gone the extra mile and made using their services as efficient and pleasant as possible. I have no problem in referring Boyd's Autobody Colwood to friends who may need their services. Wendy deserves 5 stars by herself. Thanks for the excellent services and hopefully I never need them again... if I do Boyd's in Colwood would definitelybe my choice.
