My car's headlights had deteriorated to the stage where they looked like they were fogged over, as if they had cataracts. I dropped my car off on my way to work, picked it up on my way home. The headlights look great, like brand new and are once again good and bright. Also, thanks for the car wash.

Just wanted to pass on that I've had a very pleasant experience each time I've had one of my cars in for a procedure at this particular Boyds office. The people are very friendly & engaging & the work I've had done has all been excellent. I continue to recommend Boyd Autobody to anybody who needs work done on their car.

Hi I just wanted to give a pat on the back to the Operations Manager Kris K. at the Sooke Road location in Victoria BC. He dealt with an issue I had with my sunroof, paint job and not so great customer service at the Johns Street location. He handle it swiftly, and got my trust back with Boyd auto body. He was professional, and very apologetic, the issues I had with the other shop. He stepped up and made sure I was a happy customer. Again I would like to give a shout out to him. Thank you.
