Chris was very professional during my inspection and gave great advice and even fixed a few bumps and scratches that weren't even part of my accident. Wendy went above and beyond and even meet me on her day off so I could get my car back a day early. An amazing experience I would highly recommend this location for any auto body repair.

I recently had some vehicle body repair work done post rear-ender. Boyd staff was personable and polite. Bodywork was excellent and done very fast. Car was washed and detailed after as well. Firstly, this level of customer service provided was not only outstanding but shows how such small things make a huge difference. I work in Victoria 9 to 5 (I live in Langford) and although Boyd closed at 5, Jamie at the Langford store offered to wait for me so that I could get my car estimated and booked in. My car was booked in for 2 days later. Dropped off my car and straight into another car so I was not late for work, so quick and simple! My car took a two days but as it was Friday, I needed to collect it at 5, obviously coming from down town on a Friday is a nightmare. Again Jamie stayed until 6pm so that I could pick up my car, that is 1hr extra just for a random customer. Not only was my car cleaned, it was vacuumed inside!! The customer service I have received from Jamie was outstanding, going that extra mile to help me out meant ... more to me than getting my car fixed! To know that there is a company out there who care about us as people and don't look at us as just number is so refreshing! This guy deserves some kind of promotion! I now see Boyd not just as a great company, but a company who employ great staff and will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repairs! Thanks guys, your awesome!! :) read more

Jamie W. from your Sooke location was more than helpful, excellent customer service and made sure I was happy before I left. Even after repairs were done he said I could phone or come by anytime with questions and that made me feel comfortable with the work that was done. I had a meeting with a large pillar in an underground parking spot and the driver's side bumper needed some repair. I paid a visit to Boyd Autobody and found Wendy S. in Administration most helpful. After an immediate inspection on my vehicle, Chris and Jamie explained the procedure to make my car look brand new. The next morning I took my car in and a loaner was supplied to me. My car was washed pre and post its repair and even the insides were detailed. What a great group of professionally dedicated folks at Boyd. Your office administrator, Wendy S., was extremely professional and efficient in her work, ensuring I understood every aspect of the process to be embarked on. She was friendly and thorough. The auto body staff, Chris and Jamie were equally proficient. They outlined the extent of the damage and informed me of the detailed work to be done on the car. The repair was done in the time estimated and the results are such that there is no evidence the car was damaged.
