We have used Boyds Auto-Body on Sooke Road in Langford for all of our auto-body needs since we've lived in Victoria. And even though we recently moved from the west shore to downtown, I still returned to this location for a new windshield I needed after being damaged by a rock. Chris and his team are very professional, do exceptionally skilled work on body work and their customer service is so amazing it makes the usual hassle and frustration (when dealing with auto work), a lot less stressful. We will continue to go back to this location for any auto body needs in the future. Worth the drive from downtown Victoria!

This is my second time going to Boyd for services. Both times I have been rear ended and Boyd has been my top choice for my repairs. The first time was a fender bender and they set me up with a car and finished the repairs in a timely manner. Wendy, Chris, Jason (and the rest of the staff) are efficient, helpful and know how to deliver great customer service. Because of that experience, when my second accident happened there was no question who I was going to go to. I choose Boyd. Thanks once again to the Boyd team. Unfortunately the damage was too much this time and the car is now gone. Even in this situation where Boyd was not doing the repairs, they still went above and beyond helping set up car services, help on getting connected with the people to help with the process. Exceptional service ... prompt and great work! Have had a couple fender benders done over the years (mostly my wife :), but recently took my collector's car in to ask a few questions> They promptly put it on a lift answered my questions and made a few recommendations. No wait and no charge. Excellent, first class shop. Would never think of taking body or repair work elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Our car was stolen and the waiting process was long - our insurance company never returned our calls and never called us with updates; however, thru the entire 2 month process - Boyd kept us informed at all times, even calling to let us know there was no updates - although it was determined after 2 months that the car was a loss; I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service we received; especially Chris and Wendy - these are two outstanding employees that made this horrible process more comfortable - I don't normally fill out surveys - but there outstanding dedication to excellent service needs to be recognized in the corporate office - they are both outstanding and I will definitely return should I need any future services for my new car. First i went to a different shop that REALLY REALLY sucked on Goldstream but thankfully i ended up at BOYD autobody. They (Wendy and Chris and crew) went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. (trust me it is hard to have a good experience when someone just hit your vehicle) Good quality work done quickly and honestly - and i am fussy!!! NO B.S. to deal with and everything was explained in great detail - BRAVO and a job well done - I would not hesitate to have them do more work on my vehicle in the future

If I had 100 stars to give for my rating, this would be the time I give it! The staff at Boyd Autobody on Sooke Road are amazing, and their customer service is phenomenal and second to none! Wendy, Jamie, and Chris took care of me from beginning to end, rolled out the red carpet, and made sure my vehicle was back to perfect condition after being body slammed by a deer! I can't thank them enough for everything!!
