My car was damaged while I was in the grocery store and needed repairs. I took it into Boyd that is close by my house. They are fantastic!! They set up the rental car form me and kept me informed of how long the car would be in the shop. The best part is that they cleaned the inside and out!! Having a toddler and newborn my car needed a clean. Crumbs and sand all gone and clean!! Thank you!!

I was still feeling shaken up and worried after my car accident so I was somewhat unsure of how things worked to get my car repaired. I have to say the Wendy was a star and basically, held me by the hand and took me step by step what needed to be done. Jamie was so kind and called me back with further information when he said he would. This kind of Customer Service is very hard to find. I must say, I applaude the professionalism they all exude there. Brave - job well done. Keep up the good work!!!

I"ve been to Boyd twice now for an accident and for a new windshield. My experience both times were extremely satisfactory. My last incident I went to Sooke Rd I was served by Jamie again. He again was extremely helpful, fast and friendly. Helping me was also Wendy, who was extremely helpful when it came to figuring out my insurance part of my accident. Thank you Jamie and Wendy!

I have been doing customer service evaluations ( secret shopping ) for several large companies in the Victoria and surrounding area for about 12 years, so I have become very observant when dealing with retail sales and service providers in the fast food and auto service industries. This particular shopping experience was excellent. This rating was partly established from observing the appearance, dress, attitude, professionalism, and friendliness of the individuals that I dealt with; Wendy and Chris. As well, I noted shop appearance, cleanliness, neatness, and timeliness. The actual job was discussed in advance with me, and the eventual examination of the finished product was explained in detail. We felt confident that we had left our vehicle in the hands of professionals, and we were pleased with the repair work that had been completed. ... Wendy, Jamie, and Chris all made me feel welcome. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. Since this was my first collision repair Wendy was patient and made sure I was aware of everything that needed to be done. One of my front lights was damaged and needed to be changed (at the insurance expence) that left me with one new light and one old light. Jamie was kind enough to order another new light (at me expence) so both would match and install it for me for no charge. Thank you for a great service, I will be coming back here for future needs!

My F350 needed a windshield replaced, but the insurance company had an exclusion on my policy, one I did not know about. Wendy from Boyd immediately brought this to my attention. At the end of the day, it was all sorted out & the job was completed & covered. Thank you Wendy for your quick response on my behalf & thank you Boyd Auto Body for an amazing job & professional service. My truck came out vacuumed, washed & looking like new. Great job, Wendy, Jamie & Chris. Boyd Auto Body is the only place I will use for any future repairs. Highly recommended!

The team that worked on my car did a spectacular job. They went above and beyond for me were very helpful and made sure I understood everything that was being done! The customer service (the way the greeted and treated me) was outstanfing! This is noy my first visit to them and i have never had a bad experience there. They are my first thought when something happens to my car because I know they will take care of me quickly and do the job impeccably. I cannot say enough great things about them.
