This is my second time using Boyd on Sooke Road. Both times my first contact was with Wendy and both times I immediately felt at ease and knew all my concerns would be taken care of. I was not disappointed as expected. Since my first visit to Boyd I have sent everyone I know who required auto body or glass services to this location and will continue to do so. Truly an awesome team there.

We are completely satisfied with the courteous and professional way in which we were treated by this particular branch of Boyd Autobody. The repair to our bumper was done in a way that it was better than the original. Thanks for the professional way in which this repair was handled, we will not hesiktate to return if this type of work is needed again.

This is the second time I have used Boyd Auto Body for the repair of my car. The service is excellent, friendly, thorough, and prompt. My car looks amazing and they even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside and outside and..... it was ready a day early!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Guys!!! :-)

I would just like to send my appreciation to the staff who took care of the repair work to my vehicle. Wendy, Jamie and Chris were all so professional to deal with and never left me wondering where things were at. I am extremely happy with the work that was done to blend the new paint into the original. You cannot tell any difference in the colors. I would not hesitate to recommend Boyd to anyone. Thanks for a job extremely well done.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and supportive in dealing with the claim. THANK YOU Jamie and Angus for going above and beyond, especially since I just 'dropped in' the shop today. And not only did they help me, they took a few extra minutes to wash my car as well! As a female I don't always feel comfortable going into a garage but Jamie made me feel at ease about the entire process! Angus worked his magic and thank goodness they were able to close my sunroof, which had been slightly opened since Saturday:). You guys are truly amazing, service like yours is hard to come by these days!

I would recommend this place to anybody. This shop did a great job on the body work that I needed done and their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly and professional and they were able to accommodate my schedule both when I dropped the car off (after hours) and when I picked it up. They offered to open the shop up for me on Sunday so I could come and get my car and sign the paperwork. I have recommended this particular shop to my friends and will continue to recommend it should anyone else ask.
