I had some moldings replaced on my truck. I was very impressed with the service start to finish. Repair was done well. I was also impressed they washed my vehicle and had it cleaned. That was an unexpected surprise as most places would not think about it. also, they had it done when they said. i would not hesitate to return if future work is required. The people were very helpful at this store and very responsive.

My fridge tray was broken and I asked if they could do a spot weld. I was asked to come back in 2 hours and not only did Jose do that, but he also painted over it. My wife will be delighted! The staff was so courteous and friendly and I wasn't even charged. I had previously come in to get my windshield replaced and was thrilled that they also detailed the interior of the car. Customer service is outstanding. Thank you!

Very happy with the service that I received. Staff were efficient and very nice to deal with. When a scratch was detected in the first windshield that they were going to install, they promptly called me and even offered a rental car as my install would be delayed. When I dropped off the car they offered me a drive home and when it was time to pick up the car they made sure that I had a ride back to their shop. On top of getting first rate service, the final install price was way lower than what I had been quoted from another major glass installer. For sure if I ever need another windshield or know of someone else who does, Body Auto Glass will be my first recommendation. Thanks to Crystal and all the other staff at Boyd!

Terrific, pleasant happy reception (Crystal I do believe greeted me)! I had a very small issue and rather than being "put off" or told "no we can't do this type of work" she took my concern to one of the technicians and he said he would look at it and if he could assist he would. I took in a very small chrome guard for exhaust pipe on my motorcycle for which I regretfully leaned my leg against while waiting at a train stop while it was raining-needless to say my rain gear melted to the now very hot chrome piece. I tried various methods to remove the burned in black fabric but could not remove it from the chrome. The technician took 10 minutes of his time and he removed the black rain gear remnants! My chrome guard looks brand new again and I can't thank him and Crystal enough! A very positive customer service ... experience was had by me and I will not only bring future business to you but I will also refer your operations to my friends and associates. The service was better than expected. I used the online service and was called the next day to setup an appointment. Crystal was great arranging transportation to and from work for me. My car was done on time with an upgraded windshield at no extra cost. My car was washed and cleaned on the inside, which I was not expecting. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks

This is our Third time taking our Vehicle to Boyd Auto Body, we returned again because we had received exceptional service the first 2 times. However they have managed to exceed our expectations yet again !!! We cannot express our gratitude for the amount of dedication this team put forth for our repairs. I know they were constantly communicating with our difficult insurance company to ensure the very best result were achieved. They made great efforts to keep in contact with us, to ensure we were aware of all the step by step achievements that were made to get our vehicle repaired in this very very very lengthly process, All do to my Difficult insurance company! I can't thank them enough for their endurance in ensuring all the proper steps were taken to repair my vehicle back to 100 % or even better. I want to personal mention Kino, Randy ... & Pam . I WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN I WENT WITH MY SON TO PICK UP HIS CAR FOR THIS LOCATION OF BOYD AUTO, CAUSE WHEN WE LEFT THE CAR WE DID NOT CLEAN IT SO IT WAS CLEAR AS TO THE BODY DAMAGE, WHEN WE PICKED IT UP THEY HAD TAKEN A DRY CLOTH AND HAD SWIRLED THE GRIM INTO THE SIDE OF THE PAINT, WHEN THIS WAS POINTED OUT THEY CALLED IT A SERVICE CLEANING, HA, VERY DISAPPOINTED, THIS [PLACE USE TO HAVE HIGHER STANDARDS, THERE WAS NO NEED TO GRIND DIRT IN THAT MANNER, YOU`D THINK AUTO BODY SHOULD MEAN THEY`D KNOW BETTER, SO DON`T ONLY CHECK YOUR MILEAGE, BE CAREFUL OF THE DAMAGE THAT A SERVICE CLEANING CAN DO. BUT THE BUMPER REPLACEMENT WAS PERFECT.

The customer service I received at this Boyd Autobody was absolutely amazing. The day I went to drop my car off we found out that the third party's insurance company had cancelled my appointment without having had informed me first. I was very upset, but the lady working the front desk was extremely helpful and took it upon herself to sort everything out for me. I was able to drop my car off as planned and upon completion of repairs, my car looked great; the paint match was flawless! I would not hesitate to take my car back here if I ever required repairs again. It seems more and more difficult to find good service nowadays, but my experience here was wonderful. Thanks for everything!

They set up an appointment for the next day :) They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The appraiser, Archie, truly knows his stuff. He followed miniscule trails of damage to uncover the true issues. He got the estimate prepared quickly; while I was at the location. When they realized the first appointment was over a month away they suggested a different location so I could get the repairs done faster. Where there was confusion with the other location, they called and cleared up the misunderstanding so I could get my car in at the end of this month instead of next. It was a very good experience following the pain of an accident. Thanks gang! Hopefully my April 17 repairs will go as smoothly.
