5 stars now thanks to Darcy (new old manager). Susan and Lawrence. Had a bad experience under old management and was prob never going to use Boyd again. But once Darcy came back and listened to my issues everything was taken care of with care. Will definitely use them again now! Thanks again you guys for helping to make a bad situation bright.

Excellent - above and beyond with the friendliness, kindness and helping you. What you don't know they reassure you and explain every step of the process. Lamont gets an A++. My experience was like being with a friendly family who was taking care of you. The body work was top of the line perfection. Couldn't be happier. I will now recommend anyone in a collision needing repair to go to Boyds in Maple Ridge. They are the best in BC from having come from the Vancouver Island - Above and Beyond.

I was able to have someone to take a look at my truck without an appointment, since the claims was through ICBC, there was not much to it, it took a week to order all the parts, they called me to asked me to bring the truck in. during the tear down they realised additional parts was needed , my truck was in the shop for 10 business days. since I don't use my truck to commute I really didn't miss it. Overall it was very good experience dealing with all the people at the Surrey shop.

Lawrence was the absolute best, made it easy breezy beautiful, even though I did have to say goodbye to my car, he did everything he could to help me. I couldn't be more grateful for Lawrence and Darcy for helping me through this process

I dropped off my Santa Fe after a side collision, and the damage covered the right side of the car. The reception and pick-up service was great, kind and efficient. After 10 days I got my car back, which was as good as new. I would like to thank the garage for their magnificent work.

Took a while for the job to be completed, but they were right on the spot when the car to be ready. Washed/ clean, looked almost brand-new! Thank you.

Great service and excellent repair of damage. They even did a nice touch-up job on a few minor scratches using my paint pen purchased from dealer, and at no added charge. My third time there over many years, always great service.

Darcy provided the best experience I literally ever had and the staff at Boyd were so kind! Always number 1 place. My car was done right when I was advised it would be done and Also was sent updates. They are reliable and keep their word! The best collision repair shop in maple Ridge. I would never go anywhere else. My friends feel the same way! Thank you sooo much Darcy!!!
