Excellent - above and beyond with the friendliness, kindness and helping you. What you don't know they reassure you and explain every step of the process. Lamont gets an A++. My experience was like being with a friendly family who was taking care of you. The body work was top of the line perfection. Couldn't be happier. I will now recommend anyone in a collision needing repair to go to Boyds in Maple Ridge. They are the best in BC from having come from the Vancouver Island - Above and Beyond.

I was able to have someone to take a look at my truck without an appointment, since the claims was through ICBC, there was not much to it, it took a week to order all the parts, they called me to asked me to bring the truck in. during the tear down they realised additional parts was needed , my truck was in the shop for 10 business days. since I don't use my truck to commute I really didn't miss it. Overall it was very good experience dealing with all the people at the Surrey shop.

I dropped off my Santa Fe after a side collision, and the damage covered the right side of the car. The reception and pick-up service was great, kind and efficient. After 10 days I got my car back, which was as good as new. I would like to thank the garage for their magnificent work.

Great service and excellent repair of damage. They even did a nice touch-up job on a few minor scratches using my paint pen purchased from dealer, and at no added charge. My third time there over many years, always great service.

Darcy provided the best experience I literally ever had and the staff at Boyd were so kind! Always number 1 place. My car was done right when I was advised it would be done and Also was sent updates. They are reliable and keep their word! The best collision repair shop in maple Ridge. I would never go anywhere else. My friends feel the same way! Thank you sooo much Darcy!!!

I have dealt with Boyd Autobody in a recent accident with my wife's car. We dealt with serviceman Milan N. , he was a great guy to work with. He help us navigate our claim with the insurance company which we greatly appreciate. He was very professional, forth right and very personable in letting us know the process and kept us informed and updated us regularly. The car was fix and the quality of the work was like new which we greatly appreciate. I have no problem recommending Byod Auto (Surrey) for a quality job and more specifically working with Milan was a real treat, Jim

I usually don't write reviews, but I definitely have to write a review after the wonderful and topnotch experience of having to take my car in for repair after being involved in a MVA. This was my first time ever dealing with Boyd. I am very pleased and satisfied with the workmanship they have done and the quality of service provided by Amrit (Manao) and Chaitali (reception) When I called Boyd, I am not sure if they can booked me in right away for an assessment/estimate as I know autobody shops are always busy, as well as it is nearing the busy holiday season. I talked to Chaitali and after telling her I have such an erratic work schedule and gave her specific days I can only bring in the car, she said that she'll check their schedules and will have to call me back. After 15-20 minutes she called me back and promptly booked me in the same ... day. Chaitali was friendly, courteous, and professional on the phone, as well as in person from when I brought the car in and until I picked it up. Amrit was as well courteous , professional and very pleasant to deal with. He clearly communicated a date for the repair, dealt with ICBC and explained everything that is needed to be done with my car. My car had a significant body damage to the front. The work they did was fantastic; paint perfectly matched and seamless, new parts and body panels perfectly fitted. Boyd handled all my paper work, arranged a rental car from enterprise. Everything that I requested for a MUST have in the rental car was accommodated. (Hats off to you guys!). 1 week later my car was ready. I was totally satisfied after reviewing the workmanship. One nice touch was how well they cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my car. You made a stressful process seamless and positive. I highly recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass at Burnaby 6th St to anyone without hesitation. read more
