I word have to say the work on the car was impressive paint was perfect a bit of a problem with the calibration of the cameras on the Subaru with the new windshield replacement but not a deal breaker. The work was done right on time the shop called with details when in shop to let me know of any issues. I would go back to this shop if needed again great friendly staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your good service and quality workmanship. Highly recommended

My little car recently suffered a hit and run collision in my outdoor parking lot. This tore the bumper off and sadly because no plate number was seen, i was to pay the $500 deductible. Ouch! Darcy, at Boyd in Maple Ridge was very sympathetic, approachable and accommodating! He and his crew and Susan at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Not only was my bumper re-attached but it looked like new. They also washed 3 years of grime off my 22 year old car - so it looked like new as well! This was all done 24 hours after my first meeting with Darcy. AND at a price far below what that $500 deductible was requiring Fabulous service! 6 stars out of 5 .

The manager was so great and the rest of the team, They are very friendly and accommodating. They even do some extra work for my car. They return my civic like brand new. My car is clean inside and out. Thank you for the great job, Its my second time and still the same amazing!!!

I brought my newer vehicle to repair some road rash on the left rear two panels. What I liked and very much appreciate is the way the service rep Milan dealt with me. He was very knowledgable and professional with the repair process, but what I really appreciate the most was his straight forward and transparent advice in a very pleasant and engauging personality to me through to process. I strongly recommend Boyd Autobody and Milan to anyone wanting quality work and a friendly atmosphere.

I am extremely happy with the service I receive at this location time and time again! This was the third time I have worked with Boyd Maple Ridge for collision repair. Every time, the service is professional, prompt and extremely well done. The operations manager, Darcy goes out of his way to keep you updated on the status and timeline of your vehicle. The work that is done at the shop is unrivaled, and I could not tell where the damage was on my vehicle! If I ever find myself in a position where I need collision repair again, I won't go to anyone else but Boyd!

5 stars now thanks to Darcy (new old manager). Susan and Lawrence. Had a bad experience under old management and was prob never going to use Boyd again. But once Darcy came back and listened to my issues everything was taken care of with care. Will definitely use them again now! Thanks again you guys for helping to make a bad situation bright.
