I couldn't be happier with the service I received at The Boyd Auto body & Glass - Burnaby / 6th St. They repaired my car after a minor accident and did an amazing job restoring it. The paint matched perfectly, and the bodywork looks flawless. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, keeping me updated throughout the process. Outstanding service. I couldn't be more satisfied. My sister inadvertently backed into the side of my car making a noticeable dent. Without an appt.. the friendly staff at Boyd Autobody promptly repaired the dent , no charge. Impressive!!

Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident where no one was injured but the rental car I was driving needed repair. The car was taken to Boyd Autobody and Glass. Unfortunately, I had left a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses which I have had for sometime in the rental car. I contacted Stan M. who turned out to be the General Manager. He said he would find them and sent them to me at no cost. Business is not just a job it is the ability to respond to customers with "small" things. To my mind this is a sign of excellence.

well this is my second visit and will now always be coming here for business having to do with my car. My car is 20 years old and was gifted to me for carting around grandchildren, I was there in the latter part of Feb of this year and had to take the car in today as when visiting my mom in Richmond for the day last Sunday it was warm enough to power down the back window only to find it would not go back up and no sound coming from window motor. I have had to park it on a public street an did empty out anything of value and just prayed nothing would happen as the window was down 3/4 of the way!!! I explained everything to Jackson and took it by this am and the head tech guy (Wade) who was about to go on holidays within an hour, took the panel off and was able to test and put the window back up but alas parts are difficult to find, but ... just wanted them (Pheonix) included in this for her kind spirit and Jackson who remembered me and that I love Hotpot and for Wade who had the patience of Job to make sure I felt safe now, Huge shout out to this service that is very hard to come by these days!!!! You guys are so amazing read more

I was so pleased to work with Lawrence and Susan. Because they new there jobs and did it well no hassle, job done. They made a trying time so pleasant. when I got my car back I was awe struck at the detailing job the chap did on the inside. the repair were. great the paper work was so detailed and understandable. I wish all service establishment were as well trained and so .great to work with and so pleasant to meet. Thank you soooo very much for the great experience.

I had my windshield replaced at the Port Coquitlam location, which has since closed its doors. The rear view mirror unexpectedly fell off 3 years after. The dealer was going to charge an arm and a leg to reinstall it. I contacted the New Westminster location about the installation and they honoured the warranty without hesitation. They worked around my schedule to fit me in and made it a priority as they deemed it a safety issue. I can't say enough good things about Kevin H and his team. Just awesome! Thank you!

From the start excellent front desk service who connected me to the right knowledgeable auto body expert who really took the time to listen to my concerns and gave a great solution to my sliding door issues which now after being fixed works better than before I even had the problem.

Second time I have taken my K-3500 dually truck here...Girls in the office (receptionist and owner I believe) are exceptionally polite and very helpful...Thomas was able to source me a complete front bumper replacement for less than I could have gotten it...damage was on rear drivers side fender due to "hit and run" (ICBC)...after taking my truck in, pictures were taken of damage and submitted...ICBC estimator took EIGHT WEEKS to approve the claim ! (not Boyd`s fault)...Truck was finally in for repair and took longer than expected due to parts arriving etc...after two weeks ICBC rental vehicle I had would not be covered so Boyd`s offered me a courtesy car...while my truck was there the power steering pump decided to expire...(again not Boyd`s fault)..however because it happened on their watch, they offered to pay to have my ... truck towed to a shop of my choice and let me keep the courtesy car for an extra two days as the pump had to be sourced from the mainland ! To sum it all up this Boyd`s location gets five + stars...my rating of ICBC is however not allowed on the internet due to language rules ! read more
