I was very pleased with the service provided by Boyd; I never got the feeling that work was being done that was not necessary, and any problems in the whole repair were mine (I forgot to bring the police sticker the first time I tried to drop it off.) The staff were patient with my forgetfulness, and I will recommend Boyd in the future.

Sometimes when I get exceptional service I would like to scream it out loud. From the moment I walked into the Red Deer Boyd Autobody & Glass I knew I picked the right place. I didn't even need to go for a second Quote. The friendly estimator, front end counter staff, and the wonderful lady who did the walk around with me upon pickup of my vehicle were all a delight. My hood was badly damaged and although they were booked for weeks they fit my repair in right away as my vehicle was dangerous to drive. I was told it could be up to 4 days to complete the repairs and in 2 days I got the call my vehicle was fixed. Great Job Red Deer!!!!!

We had our brand new car hit with hail, and form the beginning to the end, the ladies in the office, and especially Dwayne, treated us very professionally, and the finished product was as good as new. The technicians in the shop did a GREAT job!! I will definitely use and recommend Boyd Auto body in Red Deer. Awesome job, Thank you everyone.

Took my truck in the day after my collision to get a estimate and quote. John took care of me took pic gave me a quote to send to the insurance company. The day I dropped it off to get fixed they had my new bumper installed in about 4 hrs. Called me up told me it was ready. When I got there was surprised to find my truck washed and waiting for me. Was happy with the work they had done. Then a bonus I jumped in my truck to leave and they had vacuumed out my truck. Grate Job BOYD.! Could not bee happier!

Accidents are always an inconvenience, but from the time we phone our Insurance Claims Department and they booked the appointment for us to take the vehicle in for an estimate. Chrystal and the team was excellent!! everything was organized down to the rentals, and the repairs was done in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone....job well done!!

Boyd made the inconvenience of autobody repair, when the damage is caused by another driver, as enjoyable as possible. The staff were friendly, efficient and organized. I was kept up to date regarding the progress of the repair. The paperwork recieved upon completion of the work was professional. My Jeep was shining inside and out when I picked it up. The follow up phone call from Ohio and this feedback form are winners!

The wow factor for me was when a got into my tuck they had cleaned it form head to toe and that was a big feat, because i work in construction, my truck was extremely dirty in side !! so this is a big thank you !!!
