We just wanted to make sure you guys knew how awesome this Boyds location was when our Dodge Avenger had a little boo-boo lol lol from the start to the finish all your staff was friendly, helpful and very understanding of what we were going thru. We felt like we were important and were informed on every step of the repair, KUDOs to all who aided in this stressful time for us. I went to this location because someone had vandalized my car that morning and the side mirror was hanging off my car. These guys are amazing- they helped me temporarily fix it right away and offered assistance on how to go about fixing it. I would definitely give them my business and recommend them to anyone and everyone :)

I took my car to Boyd on the recommendation of my insurance company and am so glad I did. Right from the beginning Aly made everything right. He went beyond my expectations to ensure customer satisfaction even doing little extras on my car to ensure that it was returned to me better than before the accident. Very personal and caring. As well I was kept up to date by Amelie on the status of my car and never had to call once or wonder what was going on. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Exceptional service by everyone. I got a scratch polished off my care today at Boyd Autobody and Glass just off Yellowhead Trail. I dealt with the manager there Phil. My experience was top notch and Phil will extremely pleasant to deal with. My car came out better than I expected and they washed the exterior and wiped down the interior which was such a nice surprise. I will go back to this location every time as it is the best experience I have had to date at an auto body shop. I will also highly recommend them to everyone I know. Great job!!!

REPAIR EXP = TOO FAST , OVER DONE ( even some scratches not ment to be repaired they simply do ) STAFF EXP = TERIBLY AWSOME ^_ / VERY DEDICATED / SMOOTHLY WELL ORGANIZE / TRULY PUNCTUAL ( you can be done as early as they're still closed, staff will also help you out... Funny, i see my self done even though they're still close^_ ). TOTAL EXP = THE BEST

I am so glad that I asked for a list of other names, when the first company Intact provided had 150 cars ahead of me and gave me a timeline of approx 2-3 months which was unacceptable and very upsetting after a car accident. I selected Boyd after doing some web research plus they were on the Intact approved list which really helped. This St. Albert, AB location is a hidden gem. They were so friendly , professional and so efficient plus have my car ready in two and a half weeks before their estimation completion date of approx 3 weeks which was very reasonable compared to 2-3 months. My family was very impressed as the car was needed for a vacation trip and employment time was already approved thus a big problem.. They really listened to our situation! Everything they said they would do, they did and followed through on plus kept me in the ... loop with updates. Neighbors and anyone I talk to afterwards said -yes, they were the best and have a solid reputation as they had dealing in the past with Boyd, St. Albert, AB location. Way superior in every way plus the employees seemed happy and relaxed, and the impression was that it was a good work environment. It also looked like they gave young people and young women equal rights and career opportunities , so the boss must be awesome. I had very good service at Boyd Autobody. Everyone was helpful and personable. My car was ready earlier than expected and was done well. Mike went over all the details of the repair with me. This is a great company but I hope not to see them again.
