I was very happy with the service that I received at Boyd. They accommodated me when I arrived early to drop off and pick up my vehicle. The repairs were done alot quicker than I had anticipated. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend Boyd to my friends.

This is the very first Body work I've ever had done on any vehicle I've ever owned. I take very good care of my vehicles and was somewhat concerned that my car would never look the same after coming out of the body shop, going by past stories from friends and family who've had auto body work done on their vehicles in the past. I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked up my car today. First and foremost I received nothing but the most pleasant customer service I've received in a long time. I also couldn't believe how quickly the work on my car was completed. Within one day of dropping my car off, I was picking it up. The same gentleman who did the original walk around of my car when I dropped it off, did the same walk around when I picked my car up to see if I was satisfied with the job they did. I was not only satisfied with the work they ... did on my car, but they also went over and above and cleaned the entire interior of my car. I have never received this type of amazing service at a mechanic shop or anywhere else my car has gotten maintenance done on it before. To sum things up, I will continue to use Boyd for auto body work from now on, and I will continue to reccomend them to others. Thanks again for the amazing job! read more

I unfortunately had to meet the staff at Boyd's Auto Body, but if I ever have to go through the event I will always return my vehicle here. In fact the workmanship that was done on my vehicle was so good I am intending on bringing in my wife's convertible to have them give me a quote for a paint repair. The staff were very courthouse and thoughtful and when there was an minor issue they called me for my approval before continuing on with the repairs which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this shop for any services both personal and for insurances purposes.

I cannot give enough praise to the 76 Ave Boyd Auto Body shop. I am from out of town and was rear-ended on September 11th. I was booked for an estimate on Monday, September 14th at which time John gave me an estimate and then due to my family circumstances arranged to have my car tended to immediately. I was put into a rental and was on my way very quickly. John phoned me twice to update me on the progress of the repairs. Thank you John. You made this difficult situation much more bearable. I picked up my car 4 days later and it looks as good as new. I would highly recommend Boyd to anyone requiring auto body work.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Boyd; I never got the feeling that work was being done that was not necessary, and any problems in the whole repair were mine (I forgot to bring the police sticker the first time I tried to drop it off.) The staff were patient with my forgetfulness, and I will recommend Boyd in the future.

Sometimes when I get exceptional service I would like to scream it out loud. From the moment I walked into the Red Deer Boyd Autobody & Glass I knew I picked the right place. I didn't even need to go for a second Quote. The friendly estimator, front end counter staff, and the wonderful lady who did the walk around with me upon pickup of my vehicle were all a delight. My hood was badly damaged and although they were booked for weeks they fit my repair in right away as my vehicle was dangerous to drive. I was told it could be up to 4 days to complete the repairs and in 2 days I got the call my vehicle was fixed. Great Job Red Deer!!!!!
