Once again I found myself pulling into the driveway at Boyd Richmond. Once again I was welcomed by the warm knowledgeable staff and given the most professional service one could ask for. Hats off to Rishi once again. From the time I call him and explain my situation and the nature of my claim to the time he hands my keys back to me, I know my car is in the right place. My VW was in at Boyd Richmond prior to the holidays for a minor accident I had with a raccoon. During the course of the repairs I was constantly informed and updated by Rishi via text or email and was told "Let me worry about the car".... this peace of mind is one of the many reasons I return to this location for my auto service needs. Since my first experience here I have passed on Rishi's and Boyd's name to many family members and colleagues. I will continue to ... support this location and Rishi as long as I own a vehicle. Best Service. Amazingly well priced. Great customer communication. I would proudly refer Rishi and his team at Boyd Autobody, to family, friends and clients for any autobody repair needs. They did an amazing job on my Audi A5 for an amazing price. I wouldn't go anywhere else after the experience. Just picked up my car yesterday.

your staff, particularly Russel and Samantha, were very courteous and helpful.The work everyone did was amazing and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. My vehicle came back spotless inside and out.- just like a new one again. Also the people from Enterprise were very good. Thanks for the great service but hopefully I won't be needing you again.

Excellent service. Rishi B. had my car repaired in a timely fashion, the whole process was easy. I had my car evaluated right there and was put into a courtesy car right away. When i came to pick up the car it was detailed and ready to drive off immediately. Time is valuable to everyone and the staff at richmond respected that. Thank you.

I walked into boyd slightly annoyed that I had to deal with a random break in attempt on my car. Right away I was greeted with smiles and an awesome attitude from Sam at the front desk. Paolo came over to introduce himself and it was just a blur of being taken care of from that point on. I really didn't have to stress or deal with anything. Paolo also managed to save me a truck load of money by keeping me updated and including me in the decision making. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your autobody needs.
