I dropped off my vehicle at Boyd Auto Body, and the friendly, helpful staff made the entire process easy. The rental vehicle was ready when I arrived, and my vehicle was returned within the promised time frame, washed on the outside, and cleaned inside. Great service from start to finish!

I took my vehicle to Boyd Auto Body, and JB and his team were amazing! Not only did they do an incredible job fixing my vehicle, but it was absolutely spotless inside and out when I picked it up. I also didn't realize at the time that I had left some cash in the vehicle. When I picked it up, the cash was still there. That really says a lot about the honesty and integrity of the team.Thank you, JB and the entire team, for the amazing service. I highly recommend Boyd Auto Body! ??????????

The service i got today was amazing. I hit an animal and damaged my car and these people stepped right up, took my car into the shop and brought it out repaired 20 mins later with no charge. Amazing work Boyds auto body. Thank you

I wanted to say I was absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service I received yesterday from Ruth at the front desk and Winston your technician. I tried to put a 5 star review on Google but I am very computer challenged so I hope this expresses how happy I am that they put my side mirror back on so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend your shop to anyone!

I had an unusual problem - a rat had gotten into my car and caused major biohazardous contamination. Even though Boyd doesn't usually deal with this type of problem, the manager knew what to do and made it work for me. They hired a mobile decontamination company to come on site and purge my car, then the fellows in the shop checked for damage to the interior as well as the wiring. It was above and beyond the call of duty. I got my car back earlier than I expected too. Bravo Boyd!!

The front office staff were extremely good....Winston and Ruth. Both of these people were polite and efficient. Even though the glass was some time in arriving, I never felt forgotten.

This was the second time we had the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful staff at Boyd Autobody and Glass in Sidney, BC. William was great and went the extra mile to find the part we needed for our older vehicle which proved to be quite challenging. He persevered and in the end we couldn't have been more happy and satisfied with the results. Everyone at Boyd is friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service. Extra shout out to Jordan for his over and above cleaning detail which was unexpected and very much appreciated.
