Boyd Autobody & Glass in Victoria is fabulous. I had severely damaged the front end of my brand-new Kia. The repair was complex because the car is new, and parts had to be sourced. Ruth is the first person I talked to, and several times after that, as the car was being repaired. She is cordial and patient and kept me calm in the face of my distress. Tanya looked at the damage and was courteous and upfront about what would happen. The technicians did a fabulous job of repairing. The car looks and drives great, and all the technology works. The people at Boyd are awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

I was initially greeted by Maureen who is professional, attentive, warm, and simply, "wonderful" in dealing with ICBC and in arranging a courtesy vehicle. Tamires, equally as nice, completed the "walk-about" to verify damage. From start to finish, there was excellent communication from Boyd. Repair was completed in the time frame quoted. I was pleasantly surprised they washed my car prior to me driving away as one happy customer.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run in December, 2025. The inspector was very attentive to the condition of my vehicle and offered to do some touch up paint work (as long as I provided the paint) for previous vandalism that was done to my vehicle. I found the office clerk to be very efficient. Once ICBC had approved the repairs, she called a couple of times to confirm when I would be dropping off the vehicle. The paint job that was done looked great. Overall, a very satisfied customer. I have dealt with Boyd another time in the past and was quite satisfied then and also this last time; however, I would recommend that they emphasize the important information inside the pamphlet that provides information of what to do over the next 30 days to protect the fresh paint on the vehicle.

I had a small dent in the front bumper of my Mazda. I didn't want to replace the bumper or spend a lot of money. The guy working they took my keys and said he would see what they could do. 10 min later he was back and the bumper looked so much better. Exactly what I was looking for. Repaired damage to rear of car, it's perfect condition now. Loved the customer service, polite and friendly . Car was returned in 3 days, polished and clean. Ci ci was the best at customer service. Technician explained all to me. He even told me to drive safe home because it was dark and raining!! He actually called me 30 mins later to make sure everything was good and we were safe!! Really really kind!! I've already recommended Boyd to 4 people today Thank you!!! 4,300 damage

Austin P., the company's general manager at their Sidney office, gave first class service. The job took about two weeks and the vehicle looks spectacular! You wouldn't know that anything had happened to the vehicle! Great work! If we ever have a collision again, we'll know the best place to take it for repair!

Unfortunately I've had a couple of body work issues with my truck these past few months. FORTUNATELY Boyd came to the rescue. I can't say enough about the quality of work and the friendly helpful staff. They make you feel like family! Both visits the work was completely earlier than they estimated. I wont go anywhere else.
