BECAUSE OF ALL THE CRAZY DRIVERS ON THE ROAD I HAVE FOUND MYSELF AT THE West 73rd Avenue REPAIR SHOP A FEW TIMES IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AYTHING LESS THAN POLITE, HELPFUL, CARING, ENTHUSIASTIC, FRIENDLY AND SINCERE EMPLOYEES LOOK AFTER ME.....AND MY CAR. BOTH OF US ARE VERY HAPPY!!! The entire team at Boyd provided great service, and I want to give a special thanks to Rishi- I arrived to pick up my car close to closing, and when I was about to drive the courtesy car back, which would have taken me at least half an hour in traffic (taking into account the paperwork at enterprise and return trip), he offered to simply have the car taken care of for me the next business business day and let me get on my way! It's service like this that makes you stand out, and I've already recommended the shop to a colleague who needs repairs.

"My Feedback is actually in response to a warranty repair that was conducted June 4 - 7. Approximately 2 and a half years ago, I had my Mazda 3 repaired at Boyd through my insurance. 2 years later I noticed that the paint had started to flake off of the front of the car where the majority of the repair had taken place. I brought my vehicle to the same Boyd I had gotten it repaired to see if it was covered by the warranty. I have had many experiences in the past with warranties having "fine print" or time limits on them. So when I came in, I was ready for a fight. The exact opposite happened. I was greeted by the Manager, Jim Audette, and he proceeded to take a look at my vehicle in a very timely manner. (less than a 2 minute wait) And I understand that it was a very busy time for them which makes it even more impressive. ... Immediately upon inspection he replied that the flaking was absolutely not supposed to happen and that it was covered under the lifetime warranty. It was a great relief to me as I wasn't in a position to drop money on the repair. I spoke with him also about the fact that I work in aviation and am on call a lot and would require a rental. Jim assured me that this would be no problem. We proceeded with booking and I was told it would take about month to get the car in. This was understandable being how busy they were. Also, I understood that this way it would eliminate how long the car was away from me. A month later I took the car in and was literally picked up by enterprise in 3 minutes and brought over to their facility. From the time I dropped the car off to when I was in the rental headed to work, I bet less than 25 minutes had gone by. A big Kudos! The repair took exactly as long as anticipated and when I received my car back, it looked fantastic. They cleaned the inside and outside and had it sparkling. What I would like to point out is that this repair was done on warranty and they were receiving no additional money. They went the extra mile to make the process seamless and I was extremely pleased with the service of all of the staff there. This could have been a bad experience being that the original repair didn't go as planned but in the end, I will definitely will be coming back if I need anything done to my vehicles in the future. I just wanted to say that Rishi and his staff took care of my wife's Mercedes C300 4matic when I just dropped in to show some minor scratches and paint on the back bumper. I just came in to see Rishi as he took care of my other cars so well in the past, but to my surprise, his people just spin brushed the scratches and paint off the bumper right away!!! You can bet that anybody I know will be sent to Boyd for their autobody repair needs! Thanks Rishi and Richmond Boyd Autobody!

The person who helped me promptly was Rishi who also offered to install the mirror that I brought in at no charge. Additional, they cleaned my car. I took my 2006 Infiniti m45 to Boyd Autobody because a friend recommended it to me and told me to make sure to speak to Rishi Bakshi as he is the manager there. I went there and will deffinitely go back for any body repairs I require in the future. Rishi was great! He made sure to inform me about the process and made sure that my car was taken care of. I asked him to phone and me and provide me with any updates or changes and he called me promptly with updates. My car was fixed and looked brand new, there was no signs that it had been in an accident at all. He conducted himself in an extremely professional manner and I will deffinitely be recommending this shop to others because of his customer service skills

I visited the richmond location and I was helped by the manager ( richy). Great service, I have a rangerover that had some dings and scatches. I was expecting to be out of pocket but left pleasantly surprised with the scratches polished out and truck looking new after the wash. Thanks for the savings, I will defininately be back.

I have been using Boyd autobody since my first fender bender in my Honda Civic in about 2004. they have always provided prompt, efficient, friendly service and with the recent ding on my Hyundai Elantra I continue to feel well taken care of by Dean Bros./Boyd. I moved to New Westminster 3 years ago and still return to Marpole for their service - even to fill the pit in my windshield. Good Work Team!

"I have just had a great experience in your Victoria, B.C. shop. My wife and I had just got back from a road trip that cover most of the Alaska Hwy, top to bottom of B.C. and with a stop in Alaska. When we arrived home after 4,000 kms, we needed a little help. Glen, the manager, was my first contact, and he went above and beyond to make my experience good. He took the time to explain everything to me, including what a great job he had with this company. He was so enthusiastic, it rubbed off on me. After we had completed all the work, I asked him who he would recommend to "detail" my Lexus. He said that his crew would do such a great job that I would think it was professionally detailed,... and it was! The administrator at the front counter, Michelle, was also pleasant and professional. It wasn't too busy, so we had a little ... time to talk. At my advanced age, talking to a young attractive woman is always a treat. When there was business to be done though, she was on the job.
