We had some rock chips denting the hood/windshield of our car, and we decided to take it in to the Richmond Boyd earlier this week. We spoke with Rishi Bakshi, who was very helpful and not only fixed the rockchips free of charge, but even threw in a full car wash and cleaned the inside of the car too, also free. I was very impressed by the service and the cleaning staff were also very nice and thorough. This was a much better customer service experience than going to the dealership, and I will be sure to come by again. Thanks again.

Once again I came to Boyd and received excellent service. I believe the managers name is Rishi and he went over and explained all the changes that needed to be made to fix the damages on my truck. I was told that my truck would be ready for the Monday but they finished well before that and were able to give me the truck on the Friday before that Monday. I will be "wreck-ommending" Boyd Richmond to anyone that I know that needs repairs on their vehicles.

I have never used your company before for any servicing at all, and was recommened by the person at Family Insurance when placing my claim with them. She had given me a few names of places in my area, and since yours was so close to where I work, Vancouver Airport, I decided to use you. I was very pleased when I picked my car up today after work, the repairs look good, the service was great, the Enterprise car rental was very convenient, and quick and easy to use, and to top it all off my car had been vacummed and washed! What a nice surprise that was, I thank you for your consideration, I do admit I was a little concerned at first, due to the fact I hadnt been there before, but it was excellent. I will definately recommend you to my friends, in fact have already tonight, and you will be first on my list if I ever need that kind of car ... body work again...Thank You, Wendy Kennedy. read more

Dear Manager, I just wanted to pass on a word of praise concerning one of your employees - I believe her name was Melissa (young with blonde hair). I was a customer at your location today for a simple service of filling a chipped windshield. I left my vehicle for the day, and when I was called to come pick up the vehicle around mid-afternoon, I was informed that the work could not be done for a certain reason. I did not accept the reason given, and had considered it to be a miscommunication. I made my dissatisfaction known, From that moment onward I was somewhat perturbed and was frankly an upset customer. However, upon my arrival, I was greeted by Melissa who had - since the phone call - taken it upon herself to re-examine my windshield, and have the technician stay late and perform the service I had requested. Quite frankly, her actions ... (as well at those of the technician) converted me from an upset customer to a satisfied customer. I have been here a couple times before to have repairs done on my car and the service has always been wonderful. My car has been fixed in good time and the customer service has been friendly and professional. Its a great team that works here and I'm glad that I live close by otherwise I may not have chosen this body shop.

I had service done to repair hit and run damage on my bumper. My experience was most enjoyable at this location. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they took pride in their work. My vehicle was returned to me in better condition then when I dropped my vehicle off (the inside was vaccumed and the exterior washed... X2 due a bird that decided to drop a duece on my vehicle just before pick up). The staff attended to all issues that I addressed and they went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. I will be using boyd again if I ever have to, specifically this location.

"Katherine, A friend of mine (Derek Tallon) passed on a WOW by your team that I wanted to share with you.... Derek's daughter, Cali (sp?) recently had her car vandalized (spray painted). She went to MPI who gave her a claim...but told her that a bodyshop may be able to take the spray paint off at a lower cost that her deductible. She went to Boyd Dudley and met our painter who was outside on break. After she told him (and showed him) her problem, he went inside...got some solvent...and in a few minutes was able to remove all the spray paint. She thanked him and asked "how much"...to which he replied "no charge....just tell all your friends and family to bring their damaged cars to Boyd". Katherine....this is a great example of our our Team living our Mission and our Goal...so Congrats to you for leading your Team ... to live our Mission and Goal...and please also pass on a Congrats and Thanks to the painter who delivered this WOW!! I was very impressed and happy with the service received right from the moment I stepped into the centre. I very much appreciated the use of the courtesy car while mine was being repaired. I was also extremely impressed with the calls from David updating me on the status of the repairs to my vehicle and was so pleased when I picked it up yesterday to find it in immaculate condition inside and out. This is my second time using this Boyd Autobody centre and on both occasions I was very pleased with the work and service provided. Thank you to all.

My sister took her borrowed RV into the Boyd location on john street. the RV had a scratch down the side that required buffing out. in a short time the staff had the scratch buffed out AT NO CHARGE. Thank you to the john street location for taking care of my sister's scratch. I highly recommend this Boyd location for the professional service with quality results.
