I am writing to tell you how pleased we were with our experience at the Boyd Autobody & Glass outlet in Langford BC (just outside of Victoria) in April. I had purchased a beautiful Mother of Pearl pendant in Tofino. My husband and I were sitting in our rental car on the way home and I held it up to show him how sparkly it was. It slipped out of my fingers and we heard it clunk on the console. No problem, we thought - the doors are closed so it has to be here. Well, it was a problem. We searched and poked around and moved the seat up, back, and forward. No luck. On our way back to Victoria from Sooke a few days later, I was still brooding about my loss. Who would be able to find it? I suggested an autobody shop, but my husband thought it would cost more than the pendant. We passed a Boyd Autobody shop and I convinced him to give it a ... try. We drove back and were greeted by the most friendly, helpful staff you could imagine. Within moments, the front seat of our car was unattached and flipped out of the way. There was the pendant, nestled in a small depression within a larger groove below the carpeted surface. I was so excited to see it again. Imagine our surprise when they refused to charge us for this service. So this is a BIG thank-you to your helpful staff - Jeremy, Wendy and Chris at the Langford location. I brought my CRV in because I had a rust spot on the back hatch. They were able to remove it, repaint the spot and coat it for me. I work less than 5 minutes away so Greg drove me to work and returned my vehicle to me shortly after noon. It was very convenient and the service was very professional and friendly.

I came in to pick up my car from Rishi Bakshi. I had received excellent service from this gentleman. Boyd was going to close at 5pm and I had called to let Rishi know I was stuck in traffic 20 minutes before closing, he mentioned that he had to pick up someone at 515, but told me he'd arrange something so he could wait. He waited 30 minutes after closing. He was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, explained everything that was done to my car. Best service I've received!

I found the staff at the Vancouver Branch very friendly, professional and extremely efficient. I was fortunate that Fred, who happens to be the manager, was on hand when I rolled in my dented Honda Civic. Obviously he leads by example because I found his staff to be very friendly too, in particular his receptionist, Mandy. And so I am not surprised by the exceptional workmanship on the fender and front grill of my Honda Civic. Needless to say, my experience at BOYD Vancouver was a positive one from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend their service!

Good morning Kevin, About two weeks ago my father-in-law (Mel Taylor) took his VW to your new Regent Ave store (the old JB Transmission location) to have his windshield replaced. He was very, very impressed with the outcome. Not only was his windshield visually clear (smiles) but so was his car. It had been detailed inside and out, and his motor had been washed. I write this email to tell you in hopes that he will quit praising the staff at this Boyd location and get on with life. He even told his coffee buddies about your store and staff. Bill

This is what customer service should be!! From the moment i walked through the door and was greeted by Michelle, who quickly looked up my claim info, to Glenn who assessed, took pictures and did the estimate in short order, back over to Michelle who got me into a courtesy car and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! To top it off the car was ready when they said!!! Would recommend to family and friends!

We took our car into Boyd Auto body to get a repair estimate. There was minimal outward damage but I know that there can be dagage behind todays car bumpers that is unseen. Larry Mckenzie looked at the car and estabilised thet there was no hidden damage. He polished out the the visable damage and we were on our way. Before leaving I remembered that we had a couple of scuffs on the trunk from where I backed into our lawnmower. I asked if he could try buffing those out. He did it quickly and I offered to pay him. He refused payment as he said it ws no trouble. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the over and above help. I will pass this info on to family and friends! Thanks again Larry!
