I would just like to say that Manager Bob Huff, and his staff gave me wonderful service, quick, precise and professional. Because I had no vehicle for transportation, they dropped me off at home and then picked me up when my vehicle was completed. On top to that they washed and cleaned my vehicle, a great and appreciate surprise. It is service like this that will continue to keep Boyd at the top of the business. This is my second time I have used Boyd at the Henderson Location, and both time, very very happy with the great service. Thank you and Please pass my words onto the great staff at the Winnipeg, Henderson Location.

The receptionist at the Victoria location was excellent! She was helpful and courteous! The repair was done well, and the staff even replaced stickers that I had on my windsheild. Also I contacted Boyd Autobody (my hometown) for suggestion and the receptionist, Denise Chassie, was outstanding, warm and helpful! She was informative, knowledgable and easy to talk to! I wish I was still living in Red Deer, only to have her to help me if I ever have autobody trouble with my car again. You should give her a raise!

My vehicle was vandalized, and Catherine told me how to handle the whole insurance procedure. She treated us like gold. She is far the best person I have ever had to deal with when it comes to repairs. Her knowledge is amazing and very easy to understand while explaining the repair. Thanks for the wonderful job!

Excellent work on repairing the door, I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened. However, in the process of repairing my door the rear bumper was scratched on the far left and right side. But Boyd wanting to give me the best repair job made sure to fix it and for that I will recommend you guys to everyone I know! Thanks again for the great work.

I wanted to make sure to let you know what great service we were given at your business. Your employee, Cory Shaw was extremely friendly, polite, patient and informative on the phone when we first spoke. When I brought my car in for service he was also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it is rare these days to encounter such great service, so I wanted to make sure you are made aware of a good employee! Thanks!

Rishi made a difficult experience easier. He was pleasant to deal with and kept me informed with timely updates which I appreciated. He was genuine and sincere. I have already recommended him to another family member who was recently in an accident. Thanks Rishi !

When ICBC asked me where I wanted my vehicle fixed, I just randomly picked Boyd Autobody & Glass. I had never been there before. However, I am glad I made this choice because the service I received was excellent. My estimator, JB Khangura, was very helpful in explaining everything to me and making the whole process a lot easier for me. I arrived at the shop at the end of the day. JB approached me as I looked lost trying to figure out how to go about getting my vehicle fixed. He stayed late about 45 minutes just trying to explain what will be done on my vehicle and the whole process. When I went to pick up my fixed vehicle, JB walked me through the repairs. He explained everything that was done in simple language. This means a lot to someone who has limited knowledge about vehicles. In the future, Boyd Autobody & Glass will always ... be my first choice. In fact I will always recommend others to go there as well. Taran read more
