Thank you for a great service. Employees were courteous, professional, helpful and organized. The repair on my vehicle was excellent just like new again. I would be happy to refer Boyd to my friends if they are in need of repair or glass replacement on their vehicle.

Hi I was in at your location on Marion st and on the phone Cherryl also Milissa Naumic was so informative and a pleasure to work with. And as soon as I walked in the to the location I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I have a Saab and they do not make them anymore. So they inquired about the windshield and had me call autopen so it would be on record and unfortunately the one they has ordered was not a fit. So they went above and beyond calling around to other provinces and the states to find me a windshield. It will take a couple of weeks for it to come in and I left your store feeling wonderful. Then I went into my car and they had cleaned it for me.. How can it get any better that this? I have to tell you have wonderful staff and I will recommend Boyd Auto Body to whoever requires a windshield. Thank you so very much Loralie ... Bellann read more

We were very pleased with our service. The people at the shop were very friendly and polite, they phoned to tell us they had received the parts, and they completed the job a day early. We would certainly use the company again and will recommend it to our friends. Thank You!

Dealing with Rishi, it was clear he understood reputations are hard to build but easy to destroy. His explanations and pleasant attitude were apparent throughout the process. The front end staff and courtesy driver were very polite and friendly without being insincere. In addition to the customer service, the workmanship itself also exceeded expectations. I can confidently recommend this location.

Thank you Boyd Abbotsford for an amazing job well done! A very mangled front end vehicle was towed to you and you managed to make it look brand new - right down to the licence plate. The courtesy car was greatly appreciated as that saved us from finding rides. Your work is beyond any other which is why we return any time we have to and why we refer you to others. Thank you again.

I was extremely impressed with the courteous service and great price. There was a delay on a part for my truck and your teamteam, led by Jamie, went above & beyond to compensate for the wait by detailing my vehicle inside and out. It was a super nice touch- I will definitely recommend your services to everyone I know. Thanks!
