Just a small job after I got 'goosed' but they did fantastic work, friendly, great follow-up and the work was done faster than promised. I will highly recommend this location.

Back in 2007 I had Boyd Autobody do a collision repair on my '05 Chrysler Crossfire. Recently, when a computer failed on the car the problem was traced back to a water leak at the site of the original repair. I was concerned that after all this time that the company would not honour it's guarantee. I was wrong!. Not only did Boyd repair the leaky area they also sourced a replacement computer, installed and tested it at no charge! Some companies offer a guarantee but don't deliver, but Boyd Auto Body and Glass certainly did. I must also mention that they cleaned my car inside and out, provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being repaired and made several calls to Chrysler Corp to ensure the repairs were done correctly. My thanks to all the great people down at Boyd New Westminster. I will be telling all my friends " BRING IT ... TO BOYD!" read more

My fridge tray was broken and I asked if they could do a spot weld. I was asked to come back in 2 hours and not only did Jose do that, but he also painted over it. My wife will be delighted! The staff was so courteous and friendly and I wasn't even charged. I had previously come in to get my windshield replaced and was thrilled that they also detailed the interior of the car. Customer service is outstanding. Thank you!

Very happy with the service that I received. Staff were efficient and very nice to deal with. When a scratch was detected in the first windshield that they were going to install, they promptly called me and even offered a rental car as my install would be delayed. When I dropped off the car they offered me a drive home and when it was time to pick up the car they made sure that I had a ride back to their shop. On top of getting first rate service, the final install price was way lower than what I had been quoted from another major glass installer. For sure if I ever need another windshield or know of someone else who does, Body Auto Glass will be my first recommendation. Thanks to Crystal and all the other staff at Boyd!

Huge Kudos to Jason Z. who did a beauty of a job on my 08 honda civic. Car looks great, went above and beyond. The customer service at the front desk from Nikki was top notch. After getting in a car accident and being bummed, Nikki helped out huge and made the whole process smooth and easy. She explained it all to me and even organized a car rental. Thank you to all at Boyd Auto body out in Langley, well done.
