I had some body worked done on my car due to a collision at another bodyshop (to which i regret) who did a careless and boched repair job, to which as a result the panels on my grandam were literally flapping in the wind falling off to the point of being unsafe! I called boyd 20 lakewood hearing good things from previous cutomers inquiring an estimate to repair this. Maurice had answered and told me to come right down. Where he informed me they would fix it for me that day no cost! I am very appreciative of this, the fellow staff there were all very professional, kind and caring. Thanks alot for allowing me to put to rest this long outstanding issue. I will definetly be going back if ever needed and recommending them.

My vehicle got towed to Boyd on King Edward, and i have to say that they were really quick on ordering the parts and repairing my vehicle, the customer service is a good reason why i bring my vehicles to Boyd to be repaired. I also really like that they do updates every couple days, makes it easier when they call me and i don't have to call to find out about my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk to. After my experience with Boyd I will always be returning to get work done, and i would recommend Boyd to my friends and family.

I recently got auto body work done on my car and I was so pleased! My car looks completely brand new and the cost was very fair. Robin was extremely helpful, personable, and was able to save me money too! I thought it would take at least a week to fix my car and it was ready in 3 days! I would definitely recommend this Boyd Autobody shop to anyone.

Am writing to express my gratitiude to the manager of boyd Lakewood store Maurice. I have to say that I am not an easy customer. The headlight of my car fell off when I was driving on the highway. This is related to the collision I had last June and I took my car to Boyd for repair. So naturally when this happened I came back to the same store. Maurice received me and he was not at the store when my first repair took place. He was very patient and took time to discover the problems and issues. And dealt with me very patiently and respectfully. I was emotional and difficult at times as I felt boyd should help me solve the problem. In the end after investigation and a few phone calls Maurice did provide a very satisfactory solution. I looked at the advertisement of boyd we guanrantee our work for as long as you own your vehicle. I felt ... Maurice lived up up that brand promise.
