I have a 2013 F150 that I use for work. I try and keep it tidy, but being on work sites daily it can get the occasional mark. Sometime in the last couple of months I managed to get a black mark along the right hand side of the box. I've had a fair amount of work done at Boyd (2 kids) and had always been very pleased with their work. I thought that I'd check in to see if they might be able to recommend a compound that I could use to remove the scratch. Instead they said to bring the truck around into the shop and they'd see what they could. They proceeded to cut-polish and wax the mark out of the box over the next 20 or so minutes, and when I asked them how much they'd like, they wouldn't accept anything. Again, I'm extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

I took my car into Boyd on Tuesday for a rear bumper and passenger rear door problems. I received a telephone call on Thursday telling me my car was in the paint shop. On Friday I picked up my car and I could not see where any of the work was done. It looked better than new - perfect. The persons I dealt with acted in a professional and helpful manner.
