I brought my car to Boyd New West with two separate insurance collision claims. Terry handled both claims with excellent precision and in a timely manner. He also paid for the extra day of car rental that I needed as I was out of town- VERY MUCH appreciated! Door lock and front bumper needed a little extra work and Terry was happy to fix that weeks later. Fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend Terry and Boyd New West in the future.

Terry right away helped me out by letting me know I still had some things to iron out with ICBC, even without knowing the history of the reason I was there. Then not only did his team take care of my claim, but they also buffed out some scratches, fixed my windshield chip, and cleaned my van inside and out, for free! Did I mention they did this all in a day and a half?! My husband has a chip in his window too, so I'll be booking with them ASAP on their current groupon! They got us for life!
