I loved the service at the Narin Location. the staff was very attentive and i was in and out with my car in 2 days! i personally dealt with Preston Brockie and he was awesome to deal with. made sure that all my concerns were addressed and assured me that i would have my car back in 2 days and delivered. the Quality of the work was awesome. i would recommend for everyone to go to the Narin location and deal with Preston. He made the annoying trip to get the car fixed a great experience!! A++++++

Very good customer service they did a great job and I am very picky, but I was impressed they shined up my car with doing a great job on the interior,had my car back in days, very friendly from Samantha at the front when I first walked in, to Paolo and Joseph made it easier than I have ever experienced at a body shop before .I got a rental car right away with minimum waiting I was on my way within minutes I will definitely recommend this body shop to friends,family and co-workers.You made me a satisfied customer.Thanks guys you are awesome.

Boyd provided great service, and customer service. The staff that work there are very courteous and thorough in explaining what's necessary to complete the job fully, and in a timely manner. They make you feel like you and your car matter and you aren't just "another number". They provided me with their courtesy car which was great and very convenient. When I received a call saying my car was ready, I picked it up the same day! It was a great experience, and the body work on my car looks like it did before the accident. Thank you so much!

Service was excellent, they phoned several times to tell me of the progress, the work done on my vehicle was top rate. I also was very impressed that the cleaned my car inside and out prior to phoning me to pick it up. I wold recommend Boyd to anyone. Keep up the great work and service.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Boyd Autobody & Glass Brandon. They replaced my windshield very promptly and professionally last week in June 2014. They provided me with a courtesy car to use for the day so I could easily get to and from work, without disrupting my regular routine. The staff is very helpful and kind, and always willing to help answer any vehicle related questions. I am very happy with my new windshield. I've been to Boyd Brandon before, and I will definitely go back! I highly recommend them. THANK YOU!!!!

WOW/Mathew was the most knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, accomodating individual we have seen at that location in the 34yrs we have resided in the community and have used the Lakewood Boyd location. The office had everything running smoothly with no wait times, rental was ready and the work provided was completed on time and with care and pride in their work obvious. First time into collision, had no idea what to do. Found Boyd auto body shop near my restaurant. They guided me really good. Service is awesome, staff is friendly. On my first meeting they inspected my car and promise me to fix itwith in three days. I was amazed when they called me on third day in the morning just to give me updates on my car ( great customer service ). They also said that the car will be ready by afternoon and it was actually ready to go when i went there, no waiting or delays. I was impressed by the job they did. Pauolo is the guy to deal with you are awesome my friend. I would recommend anyone to go there if they want their cars to be taken good care of.

I had gotten into an accident and my bumper had fallen off, rim was scratched up and few other minor things. Hardeep was my adjuster and he was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, kind, helpful and personable. Every time I had to come into Boyd Hardeep would stand up come to the front with my file. Very nice to be recognized everytime especially when Boyd is a busy autobody shop and they see a lot of faces come in and out daily. The work on my car made it look brand new again... even if it was just a month old to begin with. I would defianately reccommend Boyd to anybody needing repairs and a double thumbs up to Hardeep for his wonderful customer service. Thank-you :)
