I had my bumper repaired at this Boyd Autobody at the Richmond location. It was my first time getting a repair from an auto body shop. So I was glad I picked the right place. When I first called in, the receptionist Samantha was very patient with all my questions. When I came to drop off my car, same representative (I believe) Samantha explained the paperwork and the procedures thoroughly. It was definitely hassle free, I was picked up and dropped off to pick up my courtesy car. After two days, Samantha called me to pick up the car. It was quick and efficient, my car looked clean and nice. Yet, there were some bird poops on my windows, Samantha quickly drove my car to the back and got it all cleaned. That was exceptional customer services. Kudos to Samantha and the other staff I didn't get to meet.

Rose and Robin were great as always. When they couldn`t deliver in one day due a parts issue, they called and let me know. They facilitated my ICBC claim reporting as well. They just make it easy and deliver quality work.

Exceptional service, and given the opportunity to go the extra mile, they were on it like white on rice. I previously had a Boyd repair at the portage ave location which was not completed properly, the headlights were lose and not clipped in right. When i asked if they could look into the problem They not only looked they fixed and said have a nice day. They fit my schedule and provided excellent Boyd product support, couldn't ask for more, will use this location for all my auto needs and would recommend it. My service person was the best of the best, if you had 10 of him still wouldn't be enough.

Stress free, friendly and professional service. My vehicle was returned on time with no evidence that damage or repairs had been done. Derek had to make a phone call as the insurer had not advised that the deductable had been waived. He also ensured that nothing personal was left in the courtesy car to save me a return trip. Highly recommended.

I stopped by the Lakewood location this morning because the molding on my windshield had started to come off and was flapping in the wind. Matthew came out to take a look and said he could take it right in and get it fixed up for me. In less than ten minutes they had re sealed it and had me on my way, free of charge!! I was so impressed with the friendly and professional staff and the speed of service that I will be sure to refer my friends and family to Boyd. Thank you for the great customer experience!
