I have been living in Canada for 22 years and this was the most unprecedented service I have received in this country. The staff are very friendly and professional. They took my car right away without an appointment and a rent-a-car came within 5 minutes! My car came back as good as new, fully washed inside and outside. Thank you SO MUCH for your amazing service!

Very nice people w good customer service. Always update me in timely manner so I don't have to call them just to check on my car. For sure I will recommend to others. Thanks again!

We had excellent service to have our vehicle repaired after incurring hail damage. We were also provided with a courtesy car which was very helpful. We have done at least two other jobs at this location and have been pleased with the workmanship. I recommend them to others. David and his staff are to be commended on customer relations and workmanship.

Thank you so much for the impeccable replacement of the rear bumper on my '98 Toyota Camry. It made me smile instead of feeling low about the damage. AND thank you again for washing my car inside and out. What a surprise that was. It was very much appreciated as I have a painful disability and often don't find the energy to do it myself. Your timing was perfect. Blessings to all....

Just had my truck fixed there a week ago and I'm extremely impressed with job that has been done. I experienced great customer service from the start through to the finish. I was provided with a rental car free of charge and the truck was ready to go a day before it was supposed to be. The body & paint work that was done looks fantastic and comes with a full warranty. Thanks to all the guys at New Westminster Boyd for making my accident a little less painful!!
