The manager at this location as well as the receptionist were both very very pleasant and the body mechanics did such an amazing job on my car I could not be more pleased. The car only took two days to repair as well. 5 Star shop with 5 Star employees!!

Friendliest auto body staff I have ever dealt with. Front desk office manager (female) was funny, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. All the body shop guys were smiling, full of information and made me feel secure about leaving my car in their care. It was a top notch experience from start to finish. I heard the advertisement on the radio about how Boyd Autobody looks inside the vehicle and under the vehicle when there is an accident to ensure that you are safe and everything is fixed properly. They delivered! Robin contacted ICBC personally to ensure the claim went smoothly. I was taken care of quickly and easily and my car not only works great and looks great, but it feels like it is fixed everywhere it should have been.
