Went in for windshield replacement. Got the OEM glass which was great. Joseph who helped me with estimate was professional and courteous. Windshield was replaced in a few hours after Boyd dropped me off to work. The windshield looked brand new as expected. What's not expected cleaned my car was cleaned inside out. All in all, excellent work. Highly recommended!

Anier and his team did an excellent job. They provided a courtesy car which was really helpful and kept me updated on the car's repair status. They've been friendly since day1 until i got the car back. They even went the extra mile and did some stuff that were not part of the claim. Made sure the car was clean inside and out and it smelled good too. Keep up the good work guys.

The staff at Richmond Boyd Autobody was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of repairing the damages to my car and worked quickly to get my car back to me as soon as possible. They also took the time to do a few extra details and touch ups to my car without me having to ask them to, which I really appreciated. Great job and highly recommended.

I recently had my Truck fixed at this location, and the staff there was top notch, they had my estimate done quickly, and booked in the next week. They had my truck in and out the same day. I was impressed from with everyone that had something to do with the repairs to my truck. Jen, Jill, Aly, Jim, and the Body Tech Gord were all amazing. I will definitely be back if I ever need repairs again. I would recommend anyone I know to go to a Boyd Repair Facility

There is no other bodyshop that I would bring my vehicle to. This is the 3rd time I have needed work, and again I have yet to be disappointed. From getting checked in at the front from Samantha, to the follow up calls from Joseph about my vehicle status, and finally from Paolo explaining what was repaired and how everything fit just like it did before the accident. Excellent staff, very friendly, and most importantly a flawless repair. My van way sparkling new when I got it back from you guys. I never knew the van, being 10 years old now, could look like this again. Thanks to Paolo and the whole team at Boyd Autobody & Glass at the Richmond location for a job well done.
