I usually don't fill out things like this, but I feel Catherine deserves it as I found her to be the most wonderful person anyone can wish upon. 3 weeks ago I hit a moose with my Chrysler 300, I didn't know what to do so I called my coworkers as I'm new to this town. She FB the manager at Boyd and within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon she called and told me what to do and to meet her on Monday morning. I couldn't of asked for a painless ordeal dealing with her, she done everything and I hope people do realize what a asset she is as there aren't many around the do care as much as she does

Both gentlemen i dealt with while dropppin off and picking up my vehicle were pleasant and friendly. I used a Groupon for headlight restor and the work that was done was fantastic, I would recommend Boyds to others. I love service with a smile.

I would have thought having to deal with taking in my car after being hit in a parking lot (no fault of my own) was going to be a pain! But the staff at Boyd made it so that it wasn't an issue at all. "No need for an appointment to get an estimate, just come in" they said. "Just drop it off on Monday when it's convenient for you and we'll get you on your way in 20 minutes" they said. "We'll call you when your car is ready to go, expect it to be 4-5 days" they said. Everything they said and commited to was true. And do I ever appreciate that, being a full time working mom with 2 kids in tow for each of my visits to the shop. Thank you Boyd!! (not to mention my car looks great!)

Kathy has incredible organizational skills and the workshop does brilliant work. Making us very happy clients. The best part of this shop however is that when they estimate the job to be done by Friday - they will always call, having it done sooner as a lovely surprise. I is SOOO much better than most other services that forever takes longer than anticipated. Katherine always goes above and beyond and have a incredible capacity to remember names. Friendly Boyd Autobody North Battleford makes sure that the bumps and bruises afforded us by life is totally painless! We cannot thank them enough.

I just got a chip in my windshield repaired this afternoon at the Bridgeport Rd location in Richmond BC. They were busy but took the time to repair my windshield right away without an appointment! In and out in less then 30 minutes. The job was professionally done and I can't tell where the chip was. Super happy with their service! I have no problems sending my friends and co-workers here!

Driver's window vandalized Remembrance Day. Called next day; told to bring it in; brought it in; plastic temporary cover installed; new window delivered couple hours later; brought car back; picked up replacement car; came back perhaps three hours later for finished product. Courteous; informative; bit of humour. It is hard to imagine how I could ask for more. My hat goes off to David J., who knows what he is doing and does it with humour, pride and a bit of dash. Note: the location should have a parking lot for customers, hardly inside the control of the staff at the location. Well done, Boyd Autobody and Glass
