I scraped my driver's side back bumper again the side of my garage backing in I took it to Boyd this morning, Tony came out to assess the damage. He said the entire bumper my need to be painted but he wanted to try something else first. He came back into the shop where I was waiting and said it was done, he had removed the paint from my garage and the bumper looked great and said "no charge" Of course I was thrilled. I thought he was honest and really sincere about giving excellent customer service.

I thought I was just going in to have my windshield replaced, what I received was way beyond my expectations! I was coming in from the country, thought I could just spend the day at the mall, instead i received a courtesy car so I could do my entire list of things i need to do ! Not done yet ......when I went to pick up my car Meliisa had it washed for me !!, She was great ! Filled and filed my claim, plus the clean car !
