After checking out several dealers to have my rock chipped windshield replaced by ICBC, I returned to Boyd Autobody on Bridgeport. They remembered who I was and I was able to get a date and time to fit my schedule. On the day of repair, they took the vehicle in as soon as I arrived and subsequently called me to tell me the repair was done at the time they had estimated it would be finished . Upon pickup I discussed two other repair issues with them that I need to have done in the future. They offered several options on both. Meanwhile they had done a small touch up for me at no charge. To top it off the car had been washed and vacuumed inside. Both employees I dealt with were very polite. All in all, a good experience.
