I brought my vehicle for some mechanical work. Not only did they do the work in half the time of my dealership, they also did it for half the price! I received a courtesy car, which helped me a great deal with my day, and the Manager made special arrangements for me to drop off my car/get my courtesy car before six am! I can't say enough good things about how I've been treated.

Third time in 2 years I've had my truck at this Boyd for major accident repair. Consistently great service and more importantly great work! The free courtesy car was a great plus. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I took my car to Boyd on the recommendation of my insurance company and am so glad I did. Right from the beginning Aly made everything right. He went beyond my expectations to ensure customer satisfaction even doing little extras on my car to ensure that it was returned to me better than before the accident. Very personal and caring. As well I was kept up to date by Amelie on the status of my car and never had to call once or wonder what was going on. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Exceptional service by everyone. Kris was very quick to help me with my truck. Between taking care of my SGI claim and a second private claim, quotes were done quickly and clearly. The work was able to be booked in much sooner than I thought possible, and the job was completed in a week, on schedule. They even had my truck cleaned out before returning it to me. Communication throughout the process was very consistent, which is something I highly value in my line of work. I feel that Kris and his crew did an great job and would recommend anyone take a look at them when looking to get bodywork done.

The service received was exceptional and the quality was fantastic. We had our car back within 48 hours and the staff were very professional and accommodating. We definitely will recommend Boyd Autobody to all our friends. We came to Boyd after being very disgusted with our attempt to have the work done through the dealership where we bought the car. We should have gone to Boyd first, and will in future if the need ever arises again.

The team at this location were excellent! The workmanship was and is always superb. I did have a huge problem with the rental company, Enterprise. I told the Manager and he got on the phone without hesitation and called the Enterprise. A streak of bad luck ended when I made contact with the team at Boyd Autobody. From the first encounter there, I knew I was in good hands. I called Boyd as an inquiry hours before I arrived and when I entered the office, they used my name and remembered my story. The personal approach continued as Gale reviewed the damage to the car. It was extensive and our car was old. Gale was so personable and supportive, but also straight forward with the issues at hand. From there, Gale handled the paperwork with the insurance company accurately and quickly so the work started imminently. At the end of the day, it was all sorted out & the job was completed & covered.
