A HUGE thank you to Anier (operations manager) and Leslie (I'm sorry I don't know your title but you were the person that greeted me at the front and helped me out with my situation). I called Boyd that day to please repair my driver's side door that would not open! It was a terrible, rainy cold day and needless to say it was a huge pain to get in and out of a minivan on the passenger side. Leslie and Anier were very compassionate and helpful and fixed the problem and had me on my way within 45 minutes!! Extraordinary! Thanks again!!

Robin S. managed my case at Boyd Vancouver and he was outstanding. My car was damaged a day before I left for a 2 week vacation. Despite my being abroad, Robin provided regular and useful updates via email and this continued upon my return. I never had to chase for information or updates and the car was returned to me as promised by Robin and in excellent condition. Very happy with the repairs and the customer service I received from Robin was some of the best I've ever had.
