I brought my vehicle in because the rear wheel fender was coming off. I didn't realize that I had arrived after the shop was closed but the door was open & I talked to Joseph who was kind enough to come out & look at my car & tell me what needed to be done. I took my car in for the scheduled appointment which I must say was arranged according to my schedule. The repair didn't take too long & looked great. Joseph was very wonderful to deal with & was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the good service that I received.

I have been doing customer service evaluations ( secret shopping ) for several large companies in the Victoria and surrounding area for about 12 years, so I have become very observant when dealing with retail sales and service providers in the fast food and auto service industries. This particular shopping experience was excellent. This rating was partly established from observing the appearance, dress, attitude, professionalism, and friendliness of the individuals that I dealt with; Wendy and Chris. As well, I noted shop appearance, cleanliness, neatness, and timeliness. The actual job was discussed in advance with me, and the eventual examination of the finished product was explained in detail. We felt confident that we had left our vehicle in the hands of professionals, and we were pleased with the repair work that had been completed. ... I had my 2015 Mazda 3 repaired at Boyd in Richmond recently. The experience I had with Samantha, Joseph, and Paolo was fantastic. They were professional and friendly from the beginning, and prompt to keep me updated with the status of the repair. The worksmanship was spectacular. A day after I had gotten my car back, I noticed a small paint chip on my door which may or may not have had happened in the shop. I brought the car back the day after to have it looked at because the spot had started to oxidize. Boyd touched it up with no charge. Thank you guys for your wonderful service!

I found it very easy to get information on what I needed to do to get my car repaired. I requested a courtesy car which allowed my driving needs to still be addressed. The courtesy car was ready and waiting the morning I dropped it off (a Friday). All work was done by the following Tuesday and everything looks great. Added bonus to have my car cleaned inside also. Thanks so much!
