This was my first time dealing with an accident, and the staff at Boyd, especially Kris, made the whole situation as simple as I could have wished for. There was nothing but professionalism and the best intentions in getting my vehicle repaired to the highest standards. I was given a timeline of how long the repairs would take, and they managed to have it done before the estimated date. Everything was taken care of, and they went above and beyond to make sure even the interior was cleaned. I am very pleased, and will be recommending this shop to everyone.

Robin S. is a true ambassador for this company. Some one had side swiped my car on the weekend and although the damage was not extensive, there were some visible marks on the side of my car as a result. Very annoying at least as I have always maintained my car the for someone to do this an not leave a note is a sad reflection on some people today. Anyways, Robin took the time to have a look and just said leave it to me . Later on in the after noon a quick email came that the care was ready. I came down and the car was beautifully buffed out with very minor little marks and in the spirit of the season no charge to me. What a welcome surprise especially since I was having a pretty rotten day. I have used this company before for repairs and they have consistently been excellent with their quality work and customer service.
