We researched for a body shop with a good reputation and chose Boyd collision on John street in Victoria. They did not disappoint us . Our vehicle was restored as good as new within a reasonable time frame. Our sincere thanks to Kris and his crew, for doing a great job !

I'm writing this feedback to send my deep appreciation to Robin and Rose. Thank you both! You two made my Friday night. Here is the story: I walked into Boyd shop last Friday thinking about replacing my front light bulb. I met Robin, the store manager, and he checked my car and helped me to get a quote. He was extremely helpful when explaining me the problem and how they would like to do it. He was definitely a trustworthy guy, so I left the car to him. He called me back in half an hour telling me the light bulb actually costed more than we expected when ordering from the supplier. I said okay I want to think about it and I will go pick up my car before they close at 5pm. He said no problem. This already made my feel comfortable because I can freely choose whether I want to order or not, he was patient and nice all the time. However, ... because of a meeting with my manager in the afternoon, I totally forgot to pick up the car and I missed Rob's call three times. When I called him back at 5:20pm, the store was closed already. I was so worried because my home keys were locked in the car and the car was locked inside the shop. I looked at Rob's business card (glad I kept it safely), and of course there wasn't his cell number. I was so desperate!! And I saw his work email, and I thought maybe I should take a chance, he might reply me?? Maybe?? So I wrote the email, didn't expect any reply and started thinking about where I should go on that night. But 3 minutes after the email was delivered, HE CALLED ME BACK!! Although he told me that he lives in Langley and couldn't come back for me, I still felt so warm inside. I totally understand Rob cause it was all my fault clearly. However, the surprise was, he called me back again saying he didn't want me to be homeless on the weekend and he's going to send someone back for me. What a nice and considerate manager!! 20 min later, Rose came back. She drove all the way back from Richmond only for opening the door for me. I was speechless at that moment cause they were just so nice! No complaint, no anger, no impatience. They just want to help you with your problem. For those who are reading this review and thinking about whether leaving your car to these guys or not, all I want to say is, they treated me like that even though I wasn't their customer at all. I didn't bring any monetary profit but they suffered net loss for welcoming me in. For me, the most important thing I want to consider carefully when repairing my car is how sincere, how honest those guys are. Customer service is for sure a true reflection of their business. If you come in to the shop, I have confidence on those guys and they won't let you down. Thanks Robin and Rosa, again! Hope see you guys soon :) read more

Recently received my BMW back from David and the rest of the Boyd team at Dudley. The work done on the car was excellent. I was concerned I would be able to clearly see the new bumper and paint in contrast to the existing panels on the car. Everything was blended to perfection. Has probably been my 3rd or 4th time needing a collision repair of some sort and Boyd has provided great service as always.

My Vehicle was fixed with in the week and not only was it good as new they vacuumed and washed it. Nikki was amazing and stayed an extra 20 minutes past closing waiting for me to come pick up my car. Amazing customer service. She also arranged for my rental to be teturned for me. I will definitely refer this Boyd to friends and family.

This is the first time that I have dealt with Boyd Autobody Shop and there is only one word to describe the service they provided to me -EXCELLENT. Mr. Edward W. was professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and accommodating. I could not ask for anything more. He is, quite honestly, a very rare customer service person - I almost can not believe that someone like him exists in the service industry. The manager and everyone in this office were very friendly and nice too.

My 2014 Dodge Journey got hit by a three ton truck and side swiped in the rear end. I took it to Boyd Auto Body in New Westminster and you had it for two days. I was really impressed with the team at the Bridgeport location. I brought my car in for some minor damage on my rear bumper from a fender bender. In an unrelated incident, my front bumper was shifted to the left and there was some white paint transfer. The technician, Rey, who was fixing my rear bumper, ended up getting my front bumper back in place and removing most of the white paint. One of the glass technicians, Bill, who wasn't working on my car at all, repaired a chip in my windshield. My car looked so much better when they gave it back to me! The girl working at the front, Samantha, was also super friendly, personable and helpful. It's rare to have a team of people that really go above and beyond.

From the time I brought my suv in, to the email feedback on progress, to when I picked it up, all the staff at Boyd were very friendly and professional. The work is outstanding and they took time to explain every detail of the repair with me. I have taken previous vehicles to Boyd and the service and work quality was the same. I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. Samantha T. was excellent both on the phone to make the appointment and when I arrived at the shop. She greeted me by name on my arrival and had all the necessary documents ready to go. She communicated throughout the day as to the time of completion. At the time of pick up Samantha explained the guarantee and took me personally to my car to inspect the work that had been done. I would recommend the location to my friends with no hesitation.
