After getting a stone chip, the team at Boyd where able to both fit me in right away (two days later) and fill the chip extremely quickly, I waited for only about ten minutes. Everyone was super friendly and they explained exactly what they where going to do. The team at King Edward are going to be my first call anytime I have windshield or autobody issues

I was looking to buy a used vehicle. I felt uncomfortable buying it with the check engine light on. I walked in the door and in a couple minutes they took the time to bring the vehicle into their shop to scan for the codes. And to top it off, they did it for free!! This is where you want to take your vehicle!

A huge thank you to Rob (District/Regional Manager), Christie W. (Office Manager), Blair B. (General Manager) and Oliver. There is a long backstory on this windshield replacement, but suffice it to say, the August 26/21 job was done well in every way. They were personable, knowledgeable, efficient and most of all professional to deal with. Please treat them well. These are employees you do not want to lose. Addendum: I don't know if this is considered irony or just a coincidence, but three months to the day, November 26/21, an oncoming truck on PTH #8 threw a rock that hit the new windshield like a bullet just above my wiper blade. It soon spread south/north and west/east across the passenger side. Unfortunately, I have no recourse other than to pay the MPI $200 deductible again to have the windshield replaced or just leave it. Shaun at the Lakewood location went above and beyond for service. Have been there a few times for getting vehicle fixed and have always been prompt and courteous! Service is beyond any other places I have been to. Plus warranty on work can't be beat. Would highly recommend using them.

If you want immaculate service, and care. Take your car to Boyd!! You will not be disappointed. I would like to thank everyone at Boyd for all your help. You are all very caring.. management and staff and I cannot thank you enough. It's so hard these days to find people who care. Keep up the great work and outstanding service!!!
