MB - 2405 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg - 12/22/22

Had two of the door weather seals detach after washing vehicle. As it's minus 22 Celsius and I don't have a heated space, I went to Boyd on Pembina, Winnipeg to see if they could fix. After a cordial greeting, the attendant suggested he would take the vehicle in and have a technician look at it. About 10 minutes later it was reinstalled with no charge! What great treatment for a senior at this time of year who also happened to be on a tight time frame. Very impressed with the professional, business like manner in which they dealt with me. Thank you Chad and Boyd Auto Body.

Jeremy A. and the staff were instrumental in getting you a five-star rating when I had my vehicle in for repair a couple of weeks ago, and Jeremy just earned you another excellent rating today. A piece of trim, probably not even associated with the work that was done, happened to come loose a couple of days ago. Jeremy not only took it into the shop and popped it back in place himself, but he also noticed that my tire pressure warning light was on and checked the pressure in all the tires to make sure it was to manufacturer's standards as well. In future, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else if I need any work done.

I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service as I did with Mike and his staff at Boyd on Scurfield. I recently had my Ford Explorer repaired there. I received constant status updates from Mike. He took care of my car rental which was such a relief. My car was repaired perfectly and when I picked it up it was cleaned impeccably inside and out. I will recommend Boyd to everyone I know.

I had the most rewarding experience at this outlet with service underwriter Chad. He was exceptional in his customer relations. He was so courteous and put the customer first. The problem to my vehicle was resolved so quickly and saved me from going to the MPI and deduction in points. I had gone to 2 other body shops for the same problem before going to this Boyd Autobody and Glass service center at 2045 Pembina Highway and so able to categorically state their service was of par excellence.

Fantastic service. Had my vehicle in the next day for window replacement due to vandalism. I was provided with a rental car. Had the vehicle back the same day. It was washed and clean inside. Highly recommend this place.

This is the 2nd time I have had my car in with Boyd for repairs.... My first expérience was not great....Having said that....I Thought I would try them again...from the first phone call to bringing in my car for repairs...100% satisfied with the customer service I received. They went above and beyond....even fix my extension cord and waved my rental car charge...as well as cleaning my car inside and out! Everyone went the extra mile...and were all professional and very pleasing to deal with...Thank you all for your wonderful service! Bravo!!!!!

I had an unexpectant stone chip on my windshield Jan. 7/22. I went to Boyd autobody on Hendersen and they were able to fill the chip immediately, it only took about 30 minutes. The result is really good, I can barely see the spot where the chip was. And the front reception was very friendly and helpful, filling out the forms needed for autopac. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received that day!!
