Awesome service. I was told to plan for a week to get parts and a week to do the repairs, and yet with Boyd, I was given a courtesy car and the work was done in less than a week. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of well. I will definitely recommend this locations to other people. Thank you for the friendly, kind service and keeping me in the loop about where my car was in the repair process. Excellent!

I recently had my company vehicle at the Scurfield location in Winnipeg where I was treated with a great deal of respect and the quality of work was fantastic. The courtesy vehicle was very clean and in good repair, and when I picked up my vehicle it was freshly washed. The staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

The employees are very professional and courteous. I appreciate my vehicle being fixed so quickly considering what they had to do. Typically I get a courtesy car, but there were none available so they arranged for me to get a rental. The process was smooth and seamless. The work on my vehicle was very well done you would never know it was in need of repair after an unfortunate rear end collision.

SUPER fast & friendly service. Our car parts were ordered very promptly and installed ASAP. The car was ready for us when promised and was extremely well detailed. The office staff was courteous, helpful and very friendly. The technicians knew how to do the job right. All in all, after a 'bad experience' involving our 2007 Vibe as a result of vandalism, the staff at Boyd at 730 Nairn made did everything they possibly good to make our Boyd experience a pleasant one. Thank you to all the professionals at 730 Nairn, you're the best!

I want to compliment the team at 15 Marion. Cherryl the customer service rep was so pleasant when I brought my car in yesterday morning for a stone chip. A tech came out right away and they said to wait and they would repair it immediately. Very friendly and very nice people to deal with. Devan, the other customer service rep went to check on my vehicle a few times to ensure it would be done quickly. The tech - I can't remember his name! - was so nice he made we check his work to ensure I was happy. What a great team there and made my day ( after being upset from getting the stone chip on the weekend). I had to report their customer service as it was so good!
