I found it very easy to get information on what I needed to do to get my car repaired. I requested a courtesy car which allowed my driving needs to still be addressed. The courtesy car was ready and waiting the morning I dropped it off (a Friday). All work was done by the following Tuesday and everything looks great. Added bonus to have my car cleaned inside also. Thanks so much!

A HUGE thank you to Anier (operations manager) and Leslie (I'm sorry I don't know your title but you were the person that greeted me at the front and helped me out with my situation). I called Boyd that day to please repair my driver's side door that would not open! It was a terrible, rainy cold day and needless to say it was a huge pain to get in and out of a minivan on the passenger side. Leslie and Anier were very compassionate and helpful and fixed the problem and had me on my way within 45 minutes!! Extraordinary! Thanks again!!

This was not actually at the service center but in the Fermor parking lot at a windshield repair tent. Employee was very friendly, quickly confirmed my eligibility to use the service and repaired 3 chips in my windshield. will definitely use Boyd tent again in the future. thank you for prompt professional service.

I brought my vehicle for some mechanical work. Not only did they do the work in half the time of my dealership, they also did it for half the price! I received a courtesy car, which helped me a great deal with my day, and the Manager made special arrangements for me to drop off my car/get my courtesy car before six am! I can't say enough good things about how I've been treated.

The service received was exceptional and the quality was fantastic. We had our car back within 48 hours and the staff were very professional and accommodating. We definitely will recommend Boyd Autobody to all our friends. We came to Boyd after being very disgusted with our attempt to have the work done through the dealership where we bought the car. We should have gone to Boyd first, and will in future if the need ever arises again.

The team at this location were excellent! The workmanship was and is always superb. I did have a huge problem with the rental company, Enterprise. I told the Manager and he got on the phone without hesitation and called the Enterprise.
