I had heard through a family member that Boyd Autobody & Glass was very efficient and offered quality service, and through my own experience I was not let down! All of the staff went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. The staff explained the repair process and the associated fees to me thoroughly, which was very much appreciated. My rear bumper was fixed within a day and a half, and they did a beautiful job. Most of all, I appreciated the staff's open communication with me on the progress of my vehicle's repairs via phone and email. I will definitely be coming here again in the future! Thank you!

I came in because my power winow had become detached from the motor. Breanne, Blair and especially Moon were all very courteous and helpful. They looked at my car right away and had it fixed free of charge in under 20 minutes. I was blown away. Thank you so much for helping me out! This is my second time at this location and they have always been great. I really appreciate it. They are the only place I go for body work.

I took my car here to get it's windshield replaced. Moon K. helped me with my MPI claim and less than a week later my windshield was fixed and they made a small repair to my bumper at no extra charge. Everyone was courteous and very professional. Thanks again for fixing my car.

Went in expecting a monstrous bill and to get dinged on my license by autopac because of an accident causing my front door to become unaligned. As soon as I walk in an extremely friendly woman greeted me and I was met almost immediately by someone who came and reviewed my door. He told me he wanted to try something on my car before he charged me anything. The worker and his assistant drove my car in and out of the garage for me. He fixed my door within 5 minutes and charged me nothing. I was pleasantly surprised and my entire week was made. I will definitely be returning to Boyd - being a young female student with no knowledge about cars, it's so nice to finally go to an autobody shop that is prompt and friendly and doesn't try to rip you off, they genuinely care about their customers.

Sometime ago I was enroute from Kenora to the Winnipeg airport in the middle of winter to catch a flight to Toronto. While traveling on the Trans Canada Highway I was pasted by a semi going in the same direction. Something flew off of the Semi and struck my drivers side window smashing it into a 1000 pieces. I didn't have much spare time to make my flight so I called Boyd's on St Edward and told them my dilemma. They asked if I could make it to the shop and I said I could but, not before it closes. They said never mind we will wait. On arriving at the shop they whisked me away to the airport ...yes I made my flight. A day or two later they called me in Toronto to tell me my vehicle was repaired. I was able to pay for the damages over the phone. When I returned to Winnipeg my vehicle was sitting in the airport parking lot waiting for me. ... Now that is service! I mentioned that this happened sometime ago and I always felt remiss in not writing this letter. Most recently I was getting some repairs done to my vehicle at the Boyd,s Regent location. The people they were so polite and accommodating that I just had to send this note to show my appreciation . read more

Was pleasantly surprised that they fixed my car in 1 day. (Front left bumper was dented in). I had also asked for a quote to fix my passenger's front door as it would not open from the inside and they fixed it without a charge...Whom ever took the initiative in the service department to do that, hats off to them plus the receptionist Teresa was very pleasant as well. All in all a great experience from the last time I was there....

Work was done just fine, but the best thing about Boyd are the employees - from the office staff to the ones working on the cars and especially the 2 young men - one who drove me home and the other who picked me up after the work was done. Nothing personal - I'd rather not have to come back - but would not hesitate to return if I have another problem with the car that they can look after.
