Who would have thought I would have been involved in an accident with my own vehicle and then less than a week later an accident with a Boyd Auto loaner car. Thankfully both were not my fault and I was not injured. My own car was returned to me yesterday and looks wonderful. The manager, Larry McKenzie went beyond what I would have ever expected from a Body Shop and it was a pleasant experience with him. He communicated with me from the very beginning, telling when Boyd would pick up my car and bring me a loaner and finally when my car was ready for pickup. The quality of work is beyond excellent. When I called Larry regarding my accident with the Boyd loaner car in my own driveway, he told me to bring the car back to them and another car would be available immediately. All in all two great experiences and I will definitely recommend Boyd ... Auto Body to everyone when the subject comes up. read more

The service was excellent. I received help immediately and guidance in contacting the Insurance company. I was updated as to progress regularly during my brand new car's (Mini Cooper) stay at Boyd Autobody. As this was a stressful time, I was very appreciative of their attention to my car and myself.

I was very impressed with the friendly service I got from this location during my recent visit for a windshield replacement. They set me up with a rental car and when the repair was finished I was shocked to see my vehicle had been washed. Nice touch. Thank you Michael and staff.

I had a great experience with this company. Joseph was very informative and efficient. The work the crew did was excellent I couldn't even see any part of where the damage was. They even went the extra mile and vacuumed ; dusted inside my car and washed the outside. Great job to everyone involved. I would go to this company in a heart beat if I ever need this kind of work done again. Keep up the great work I really appreciate what you have done for me. Thankyou Pat Cowen

On Sept.27th., 2013 I experienced excellent Customer Service from Mike. I was nervous about touching up a scratch on my 2010 Honda Accord. Mike said just bring it in with the paint pen, I'll do it for you. It didn't take him long. Didn't charge me a dime. We had been there not long before to have the same vehicle it repaird after being hit by a drunk driver, so we are familiar with the wonderful staff @ this location. Thank you for hiring such great employees.

I had just bought a brand new 2013 mustang that took me 5 yrs of savings.. And I ended up in an accident. I was very upset about my new car. A Mr. Russell Frost, took over the repair of my car, he was concerned, took the time to explain everything.. Phoned me with updates on my vehicle, and was all around very helpfull. I would like to take the time to compliment the staff in this branch of your company for being polite and professional. The body work on my car was exceptional, and my car came back to me waxed and in showroom condition. I work for the bc ferries, and we as union members we tend to keep up with reputable businesses in our area. Will not hesitate to recommend you. Thank- you. Tobi Lee

It was a Tuesday and I needed a drivers side mirror replaced before the weekend. I called 5 different autobody shops in Vancouver from the ICBC website. All 5 said they couldn't even see the vehicle until next week. I finally asked the last body shop receptionist if she knew a shop that could do it - she basically whispered "go to Boyd". I called and Gale said no problem - you shouldn't have to wait a week for a mirror. Sure enough, brought it in and Robin helped me right away - mirror was fixed within 2 hours - perfect job. These guys run a tight ship with excellent customer service. Shawn.
