Hello, I had dealings with Boyd Autobody to fix up my car and another man's after an unfortunate accident on my part. Jamie was quick to help me out by coming out to greet me, giving me a fast and accurate quote, and letting me know how long it was going to take to fix. I dropped my car off and was called a few days later to come pick it up. The car looked great!! You could not tell where the damage might have been. Also, Jamie was spot on with his estimate which was very important to me because I was not in the position to afford anything over the estimation. They even washed/cleaned my car! Fantastic service. I highly recommend Boyd to any one who has the unfortunate happen to their vehicle. I could not of been more impressed. Thanks to Jamie and the team at Boyd for making my car look great. Jim

I have taken my cars to this location for several years and will always do so, even though I work in Surrey and my office is beside another Boyd. Robin and Rose are awesome. They are efficient, polite and helpful. I would very strongly recommend this shop to anyone who requires auto body or glass services for their vehicle. I have sent others here also. I recently returned and as always, service was great.

I'm very happy with Glenn and the team that worked on my car at Boyd (I’d name them if I knew their names as well). As a "car guy", my car is important to me and I appreciate that the staff at Boyd treat your car as if it were their own. Boyd didn't just bandaid the area with collision damage, they went the extra mile to fix everything they possibly could within reason! I can honestly say that my car is even better now than it was before it got hit, what a feeling of relief. Again, as someone that loves their car, I carry a very high standard and Boyd easily exceeded it!

This the 3rd Collision claim involving my vehicle that I have brought to Boyd's in the past year through no fault of my own. I have found the staff @ Boyd's polite, courteous, professional in all aspects of handling my claim and providing me with a clean courtesy car during some very hectic times. I would not take my car anywhere else then Boyd Autobody. I trust them completely and a special kudos to Michelle in their front office. She is wonderful to deal with!

Thank you for doing a great job fixing my van. Employees there are very friendly when I visit my van.. The bodyman, Jester Llobrera did an awesome repair of my van and beautiful paint job by rod caalaman.. I'm very happy of the result.. Thanks to paolo also..

Excellent end to end service, will recommend to friends and use again. Chelsea at the desk is a very service-oriented employee who deserves a raise !! Workmanship was top notch so the shop staff were pretty good as well

We brought our 2006 Mazda 3 into the shop. This was our second visit to Boyd. Our first visit went extremely well due to the excellent service provided by JB Khangura and his team. As a result, using Boyd again was a no brainer for us. Once again, it is worth mentioning that JB and his team took very good care of us. Our service was not only done on a timely basis but also the quality of work was excellent. Thanks to JB and his team.

It's always a bit of an inconvenience having to bring your vehicle in for repairs after a collision . But it was very convenient bringing my truck in to Boyd in new westminster ,upon arrival I was greeted with a cup of coffee from the very nice lady that helped me at the counter ,then set me up with pele at enterprise rent a car all at the same place ! Pele set me up pretty fast with a very nice Kia Which I preferred over a larger vehicle . My truck was ready for me the next day! I just picked up my pickup truck from Boyd in new west , I had a minor fender bender and was very pleasantly surprised to have my whole bumper replaced ! Plus they detailed my truck for me inside and out! The whole experience was great I give it at definite 10 and I will definitely pick Boyd in new west again for future needs Regards Kathy weis

As an owner of small businesses in Greater Victoria I have an immense appreciation for great customer service. I know what it takes to impress customers in today's economy. Customers want it done properly and quickly with no hassles. Glenn,Michelle and the crew at Boyd on John st in Victoria did all that and more. I wish I had known about them years ago. I was wondering if I would get that big business attitude of just being another number but they treated me like I was the most important customer at their shop. Isn't that what we all want to feel like?

I walked into boyd slightly annoyed that I had to deal with a random break in attempt on my car. Right away I was greeted with smiles and an awesome attitude from Sam at the front desk. Paolo came over to introduce himself and it was just a blur of being taken care of from that point on. I really didn't have to stress or deal with anything. Paolo also managed to save me a truck load of money by keeping me updated and including me in the decision making. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your autobody needs.
