I dealt with Robin Soni and as usual the service was prompt and the work done professionally. I have dealt with Robin in the past and he and Rose the receptionist have always been very friendly and helpful. I have and will continue to recommend this auto body shop.

This is the second time this year I have had my vehicle in for repair at Boyd and this may sound strange but I actually look forward to the experience now! Robin and Rose are fantastic at what they do and provide outstanding customer service. They are reliable, friendly and go above and beyond. My vehicle was broken into and Robin personally arranged to help get the car and help me to a rental agency. I couldn't believe how fast the whole process was- the car went in on Friday and I was back in it on Monday! Super job guys, I really appreciate it and as always the friendly service!! :)

Awesome...quick...friendly service. Paint and repair are perfect. You cannot tell where the damage was. so pleasd it was done in days. Will definitely come back and recommend

Boyd Auto body Collision Repairs at south Vancouver location west 73rd provided over the top service. They drove and picked me up at my residence and the repairs were done so well, one will never know that I was adjusting to a new larger vehicle.....They also vacuumed, cleaned the inside and washed my vehicle. I defiantely will refer Boyd In South Vancouver to everyone.

I felt the service was exceptional. They not only got my car finished in a very quick manner, but they cleaned out the inside/ outside of my car as well. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone. The car looked beautiful after they were finished with it.

My vehicle was insured out of province and I had no idea what I was supposed to do to. Samantha was able to direct me to where I needed to get the damage assessed. Everyone that I came in contact with at the shop was very friendly and I was 100% satisfied with the repairs.

I have taken my business to this shop for many years. They have always offered first class service for a very reasonable price. Over the years, I have not hesitated to recommend them to my friends. Just recently, we had a situation where my daughter damaged my son's car. Despite some anxious fears and concerns, The people at Boyd showed compassion and understanding in helping fix the car in an incredibly timely manner for a very fair charge. Boyd New west is a great autobody shop! Thanks
