It was as pleasant an experience as possible when having car repair done.. If only other companies would take a page from your book.

Breanne B. once again made it seamless to come in and get a rock chip in my windshield fixed. She is friendly and sweet and clearly keeps the office together. She sorted out my SMI third party insurance on her own to which I had no experience in dealing with and gave me a courtesy car so I can get a coffee. Breanne is an asset and she will keep me coming back for work needed on my vehicle. thank you!

I had a collision and brought my car to the Boyd Auto body on Scurfield and the customer service at this location is extraordinary!! I cannot express enough how happy I was with the customer service at this location-specifically from Breanne!! My car was written off--which is unfortunate, but my experience with Boyd and everyone there was absolutely delightful. Hopefully I will not need any repairs again any time soon, but if I do I will come back to the Scurfield Boulevard Boyd without hesitation. :)

I recently had my company vehicle at the Scurfield location in Winnipeg where I was treated with a great deal of respect and the quality of work was fantastic. The courtesy vehicle was very clean and in good repair, and when I picked up my vehicle it was freshly washed. The staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

Right from the first phone call to book my car in with Brianna , my experience was fantastic ! The staff are all friendly , knowledgeable, efficient and very accommodating . Josh was great , and manager Dave Bain went far and beyond his duties to make my experience a positive one ! Great staff , fantastic manager , and my car looked and drove fantastic . The service at Boyd on Scurfield Blvd. was really outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was promised my car back the next day, and that was honoured. I chose this repair location because their estimate was the lowest of 3 that I considered. They did a terrific job, PLUS cleaned both the inside and outside of my vehicle! I will be going there from now on, and will recommend them to others. Thank you!!
