Returned vehicle as paint was peeling on repair to front bumper done first in spring 2011 (bumper was replaced), and then in spring 2012 (bumper was repaired). Supplier did not prime bumper properly, and Boyd had to replace the bumper. They couldn't get a replacement from their original supplier that was adequate so they got me a brand new bumper! They (Mr. Jeff Froese) really took care of me, treated me with respect, kindness, and was very concerned that the job be done right! The whole place is friendly and I must attribute this to their leader, as I assume it is his choice who he hires. It is also very touching that the head guy looked after me! Great place, great service, and they really stand by their work, even when it is not their fault. I have and will continue to highly recommend this particular Boyd Autobody. Thank you.

Jeff and everybody at the Boyd location on Scurfield have always been friendly. I've been a repeat customer there for a number of years and the staff and management are simply the best. They take care of you there. They are always sensitive to the needs of their customers with fast, friendly service.
